This location was awesome! We were visiting from out of town and we were so impressed by the staff seemingly knowing all of their regular customers. The location was very clean and service was awesome.

The app offered a 25% discount for online orders today and when I went to checkout the discount didn’t work. I called the store and was told their store doesn’t honor app discounts. So I cancelled it. Don’t send me offers I can’t use.

I was so dissatisfied with my last visit, I made a list.
1.Ordered extra pickles on 2 sandwiches, didnt get them.
2. The turkey bacon ranch wasnt that good.
3. This was atleast the 4th time that I was frustrated either by the food or the service. The time before this I ordered a hero sub, and it actually ended up with just meat and bread. Not even cheese. That guy who made it either quit or was fired because I never saw him again.
4. I understand maybe 10 minutes late on an order. but the fact that I ordered 20 minutes ahead, and still managed to wait an extra 40 minutes to make it an hour is absolutely shameful.
5. The food is actually hit or miss. most times is good, sometimes is something i actually had to throw away.
6. Shout out to the one mexican dude who was reccomending me hot sauces, that was a good part.
I've had around 2 years to make this review and this is what ive come up with. There needs to be a change soon or the already sad 4.2 stars will drop to 3, and the people who like firehouse can just go to Jersey Mikes across the street or even Jimmy Johns.

Took 30 minutes to make 1 sub. Ran it through the toaster and then sat it aside for 5 minutes until I pointed out that my food was getting cold. No remorse from the manager when I pointed out my wait time. You are in and out at places like potbelly, subway, and jersey mikes. Nothing better than a cold meatball sub! Never going back.

I love this place and their food, however, my issue is with one of their employees, Martha. A fellow Veteran came in to get their free sandwich for Veteran’s Day and she was questioning his service because his ID was expired. She made him show another form of ID to confirm he was who he was. Regardless, it doesn’t take away from the fact that he was still in fact a Veteran. She was super ignorant!

I ordered sandwiches for 4 days. Always ordered wheat but they gave me white. Obviously didn’t see it till I got home. That happened 2times they did not give me military discount when asked first it. Did not get cookie when asked. I wanted manager to call me but I never got a call. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!
