Ordered online, they didn’t not follow order notes. Missing syrup and butter for my waffle. I even asked for extra. But I got nothing. My waffle was also cold and I work only 5mins away would have assumed it would be hot still. Also, no utensils. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend this location to anyone.

It was a really cute place! The waitress was sweet and it was a good experience. I only give a 4 star because the salad just didn’t taste good. It wasn’t their fault. It just wasn’t my thing.

I visited on the day after Thanksgiving and it was quite busy but they got to us right away. I wish I remembered who are waitress was but we sat at the table straight ahead right next to the kitchen. She was extremely nice and very thorough and getting back to as quickly for water, etcetera.

Love everything about First Watch, especially the carafe of coffee so you can pour your next cup. Same with water, they bring a big bottle of cold water so it's there when you want more. Attentive service and tasty food, what more can you ask for?

I ordered the breakfast bowl to go and they put it in a drink cup, which an amazing bowl is huge in restaurant and this was very small and hardly any granola on it. I eat there all the time since its right outside my work. It's delicious but most definitely wasn't worth $15 in a drink cup.
