The reason for my claim is because what was going to be a family visit to taste a hamburger was the worst decision I made since their beverage vending machines are defective so I had to change all my family Saturday plans since one of their machines completely damaged my pullover that was unusable due to the stains caused by their machines I need measures to be taken so that in the future it does not happen to someone else thank you I look forward to your answer

Apparently shrinkflation has struck Five Guys. Used to be my all-time favorite burger. I haven’t been in a while and wow they’ve really shrunk down the patty. It’s more like a slider with how it barely fills 2/3 of the bun. And I was sure they accidentally gave me a single patty at first with out thin they are. Bummer. The staff was super polite and great. But five guys just isn’t worth $12 for a burger anymore. Farewell, old friend.

Ordered from their website selected delivery never received food. Called store staff was rude asked to speak to the manager and he promised to refund and add in a free replacement never received the refund or a call back.

Everything was cold. I thought the pizza would be larger for the cost. I requested 2x of one topping, so if that was 2x, I'd hate to see what 1x was. The crust was the best part of the pizza but even that was sub par for the cost. It was chewy, but not in a good way. I have had better crusts on a frozen pizza. I don't get the love for this place. I want my $20 back for an 8 inch pizza. It's no wonder you don't list sizes when ordering. I should have just ordered Papa John's. The magic butter was good at least?! 10/10 wouldn't order again.

Came into the store to pick up a doordash order as a Dasher during the night dinner rush and the female employee had told me that they were working on it. Was waiting for almost right at 10 minutes right up until an employee looked into their system and told me that it wasn't in their system effectively making me waste 10 minutes of my time when they could have easily look into their system earlier and informed me that the order was already picked up 🤦
