Robert catered Fourth of July. Every single item was delicious. We had baked beans, potato salad, brisket, ribs and sausage. For dessert Apple Cobbler. Robert is an amazing Chef. Everything was perfection!!
We had a great experience! We tried the turkey leg and ribs, both were super tender and flavorful. For sides, we had the brisket mac and cheese, yams, and fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared. I wasn’t personally a big fan of the brisket mac, but that could just be personal taste. What really stood out was the hospitality, the pitmaster came out to personally welcome us, which was a nice touch. Great food, great service, we’ll definitely be back!
I had the urge for some smoked chicken and popped in here one afternoon. The service was excellent and the smoked chicken sandwich was perfect! The only side I had was the okra and it was delicious. I’ll be back to try other stuff.
