First time at Golden Chick, at the drive thru , asked DAVIS if he has fries for the side, he replied "look at the menu" , I replied that I expect a better customer service since it was my first time, he replied " I am not gonna read the menu for you" I left without buying anything, worst experience, worst customer service "DAVIS"

Pretty decent chick place I could tell it was made with quality tenders and I really really liked the biscuits. For my dipping sauce I got the gravy but it was honestly kind of bland. Though could be really good If you have a low sodium diet. I asked for the signature sauce so I could evaluate it, It was 42 cents but I didn't have any cash (only card). The employee gave it to me for free. Very nice of her.

Went through drive thru and ordered my food. Ate on my break in the parking lot and went inside to ask for a single jalapeño and don’t carry cash. It’s not a gas station so how it’s a card minimum and I’ve paid for a single sauce at golden chick before. That was less than a dollar. A single sauce is literally the same as a pepper . Make it make sense. I wasn’t born yesterday . Everybody in there wanna argue over a single pepper and trying to force me to spend $3 when I explained I had just ordered in drive thru and only wanted a single pepper. Not a family side , not fries … I ALREADY ORDERED MY FOOD . DUH. Irritating as hell. Then I’m pregnant so I know WHAT I WANT . And I’m not about to argue over a single jalapeno pepper or get forced to order more than I need. Be serious.

HORRIBLE … Getting there at 5 PM and they don’t have rolls … told me it would be an 8 minutes wait .. waited 13 to pull back around and there’s still another 5 minutes I’m waiting .. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! There’s always something with them and it’s quite frustrating .. and judging by the many 1 star reviews it doesn’t seem like they are doing anything about the issues .. get it together

You need to post online and on the doors when you are taking cash only and no credit cards instead of having people wait in line, order food and then say you are only taking cash. Back to Chicken Express.

Overall rating is quite ridicolous! as first the atmosphere, too many flies and a very dirty floor! don't get me started with the food, i found a large piece of hair in it! wasted my dollars on what?! I do not reccomend this restuarant at all cost!
