Kara, the current store manager is awesome!! During my visit she displayed putting the customers first, by going above and beyond! I thank her for doing the most when it wasn't expected!!

The drive through speaker is broken, there is no sign or anything though. So I waited for 5 minutes before walking inside. Looked like only 2 ladies were running the whole place. I waited 10 minutes for my tenders, they were cold and rock hard when I got home.

I picked up some catfish tonight. Kara took very good care of me and the food was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed our meal. Keep up the good work!!!

Stopped in on 3/21/25. The inside was clean and I was immediately greeted by the manager; she was super polite. Ordered the 4 piece fish which was cooked fresh. The fish was piping hot, and cooked perfectly. If I find my way back to this area, I’ll definitely stop in again.

Went here for wicked wings, got home and it was so good, went back for more and cashier was really nice I liked her customer service, I guess she just started working on Tuesday, March 18th

I have order the food at 2:46pm and it’s been like 50 minutes and I’m still waiting here , and the employees are so rude don’t even respond to the customer , and too lazy to do all the work never visiting this again , and after all that all I received was cold food .. never visiting this place again

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY ORDER SHOULD'VE BEEN READY BY 12:35P... I DONT GET MY ORDER TILL 1:20P.. 😒 PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. DONT BUY FROM HERE. SLOTHS WORK HERE. they dont even apologize for wait. instead they help people before me who came in drive thru and restaurant. Trashy employees 🙄

Not sure why the other location closed just north of this one, as this location should be shut down. Placed a mobile order one evening around 7 pm on a weekday, only to drive to the location to discover that it was closed. I tried to reach out to corporate with no response. The times that I have gotten food from this location have been hit and miss. Good sometimes, others, not so much.
