Kara is one of the best managers I have ever experienced in the food industry. She gets the job done with great an attitude and smile. Not only does she take care of her customers, I can tell she treats her staff just as well. I would always recommend this location simply from karas great customer service skills.

Google and App showed open on New Year’s Eve around 8pm. Took my money and order, wasted half an hour showing up to see the lights off and the store completely empty. Would do 0 stars if I could considering I’m down $30 and half an hour of my time for something I never got.

10/28/2025 7:00pm Okay now let me say.. the most unprofessional, lazy no excuse of a location. WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE? I will wait to be contacted. When I ordered tonight. “We don’t have 10 strips” so I agreed 1/2 fried 1/2 baked. Got to the window “we don’t have mashed potatoes” so I asked “what do yall have?” The “man” at the window looked OVER MY CAR to blatantly Not look me in the eyes. 2nd time this location “doesn’t have” several basic items on the menu. Contacting higher up’s per Linkedin. How does a newer built chain restaurant have 2.7 out of 163 reviews?! That is completely unacceptable. Hire a new team. Or sell it, so we can get ACCESS TO DRIVE THROUGH MEALS here in Euless for ourselves & family. I am requesting a manager of location reach out.

The chicken tenders tasted old and more crust and badder than meat. The macaroni and cheese was horrible Kraft macaroni and cheese taste better. The best thing was the wild rice even the role was hard.

I have a problem with this Golden Chick. My girlfriend used to work here under harsh conditions and the manager did nothing about it. A few weeks ago the air conditioning was out and her and her coworkers were forced to work at over 100 degrees. It was like that for a week straight, she would text the manager and the manager would leave her message on seen and would do nothing about it. The manager left early because she was having heat flashes and told her coworkers not to turn the AC on. She let them work in those conditions without a care in the world, 0 urgency to get the air fixed. The managers name is Kara, I would not recommend working or eating here. The place is severely understaffed and the workers are mistreated. Also she’s said the hard R multiple times in front of employees. The young man that works there told me himself, his name is Connor.
Golden Chick has great chicken. Even though it was small and attached to a convenience store/ gas station it was really tasty. The girl working was really friendly and attentive. Got our food in about 10 minutes, Piping hot! Yum... fried okra. Didn't care for their cole slaw, but that's the only side of theirs I haven't liked. Best rolls ever.

Welp i didn’t really want to leave a review but it’s hard not too when you basically get ignored. I had placed a mobile order. For a 12 piece tenders half spicy & half regular, 1st i was short food. & second i had hair in my food. I tried to call that night but got no answer. I called in the morning where i spoke to a manager and they wanted me to bring back the food… well there was hair in it so i tossed it that night. I didn’t want my money back I simply asked if i could have an order remade and they “couldnt” because i don’t have the food. I had the receipt but they would not help me out. It sucks i never had a a food business ever just deny me help even if it was a little. Sad
Update i contacted the support 10 days ago and have heard nothing back and now i get a comment under my review to contact them but i did that already so now i just sent another email to support lets see.

I have never had such bad service. I pulled up to the speaker, and she told me to hold a minute. 12 minutes later, she took my order. I ordered a 2-piece golden roast, and she said that they only have 2 wings and a leg. Thiis was at 5pm Thursday, the chicken was so dry I couldn't even eat it.
