I have a problem with this Golden Chick. My girlfriend used to work here under harsh conditions and the manager did nothing about it. A few weeks ago the air conditioning was out and her and her coworkers were forced to work at over 100 degrees. It was like that for a week straight, she would text the manager and the manager would leave her message on seen and would do nothing about it. The manager left early because she was having heat flashes and told her coworkers not to turn the AC on. She let them work in those conditions without a care in the world, 0 urgency to get the air fixed. The managers name is Kara, I would not recommend working or eating here. The place is severely understaffed and the workers are mistreated. Also she’s said the hard R multiple times in front of employees. The young man that works there told me himself, his name is Connor.

Golden Chick has great chicken. Even though it was small and attached to a convenience store/ gas station it was really tasty. The girl working was really friendly and attentive. Got our food in about 10 minutes, Piping hot! Yum... fried okra. Didn't care for their cole slaw, but that's the only side of theirs I haven't liked. Best rolls ever.

Welp i didn’t really want to leave a review but it’s hard not too when you basically get ignored. I had placed a mobile order. For a 12 piece tenders half spicy & half regular, 1st i was short food. & second i had hair in my food. I tried to call that night but got no answer. I called in the morning where i spoke to a manager and they wanted me to bring back the food… well there was hair in it so i tossed it that night. I didn’t want my money back I simply asked if i could have an order remade and they “couldnt” because i don’t have the food. I had the receipt but they would not help me out. It sucks i never had a a food business ever just deny me help even if it was a little. Sad

Update i contacted the support 10 days ago and have heard nothing back and now i get a comment under my review to contact them but i did that already so now i just sent another email to support lets see.

I have never had such bad service. I pulled up to the speaker, and she told me to hold a minute. 12 minutes later, she took my order. I ordered a 2-piece golden roast, and she said that they only have 2 wings and a leg. Thiis was at 5pm Thursday, the chicken was so dry I couldn't even eat it.

Pulled up to the speaker and it was shattered. My first thought for the reason it was shattered is the terrible service provided by the employee. I sat at the speaker for a solid 3 minutes without a peep from anyone, even after me speaking. So I pull up to the window and set there for about 2 minutes before a girl walks over putting a headset on her head. She just opens the window and stares at me. I asked if they were serving customers. She said yes but she had took her headset off to go to the bathroom. I said that I had set at the speaker and window for a while and not been helped. Her response was “well I’m here now”. Outside of this terrible welcome to our store, the rest of the experience was average. No manager in sight, no apology for the waste of my time. I don’t recommend.

Mr. Meena, sir for you to even lie like that is insane. I’m the customer that was sitting down in front of you. You asked me if anyone was at work and I said they were in the back preparing. You did NOT go through the drive through and you waited not even 1 minute. Do better and stop lying on these reviews.

Horrible service. Lady over the drive thru speaker tells me chicken takes 20-30 minutes to cook at 8:30pm on a Saturday when they close at 10:00. Obviously don’t want to work. Send her home.

at around 3:40pm today i arrived at the drive thru & waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me. no one said a word. they acted like couldn’t see me or hear me. this is my second time coming to this location and definitely don’t like atmosphere of food service.
