I had passed this establishment for awhile. I had heard about it for awhile. I’ve seen the lines and decided to wait. I missed it several times because they are open one day and only til 3pm on that day, Saturdays. I got a chance to stop and I see why people love it! This outlasted is cooking from the heart. I’ve been in Texas nearly 5 years and this is da absolute best bbq I’ve had. Everything was smoked to perfection, moist and tender. I had a three meat plate and everything was amazing but those ribs stole my heart. The sides were just as good the beans were just a tad too vinegary but still great and the potato salad was beyond amazing.
