Hopdoddy Burger Bar

Entire staff was very friendly. Food was delivered promptly, and manager/chef came around to check on everyone's food. Only feedback was a missed opportunity for upsell. Had to request assistance to order another drink from bar. Staff quickly brought back a tablet to take and process drink order, and drink arrived quickly.

Dietary restrictions: When asking for a gluten free bun, they did a great job of inquiring if it was dietary or allergy related choice. Was allergy and they added a red tag to the order for special preparation.

mannnnn this place was so dang good! i don’t even leave reviews!!
but i ALWAYS see it leaving the gym; but i just pass by & be like “hmmmm.. it looks too much like a chain” but that mf Cadillac Burgaaaaaaaaa!!!!! ???‍? Whew! so fire!!! i will definitely BE BACK!!! Hugo (manager/chef i believe) was so cool!

my only complaint was me not getting nothing sweet! ?

I was about to go here for lunch but then I saw they were cashless. I am good thanks. I use cash! Lost my business. Cash is legal tender and it should be illegal not to accept.

Great Hopdoddy location at the Glade Parks in Euless/Bedford. The drinks are spot on and the burgers are mouth watering. I highly recommend the truffle fries! We visited in 10/10 and Olivia took great care of us.

I recently had lunch at Hopdoddy and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what really made the visit stand out was the exceptional service. Hugo, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcome. He checked in with us multiple times, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience that much better. I can’t recommend this place enough – amazing food and even better service. Thank you, Hugo, and the entire Hopdoddy team!

Food was alright, burgers were small, fries were kind of flavorless but the green chili queso was good. There was a rat running around as we sat outside in the patio. Food took a long time to come (~40 min).

I tried this location for the 2nd time in 3 years or so.
What can I say...Wait was exceptionally long. Fries were cold and came out before the burger. I practically finished them before the burger arrived. I had to get my own drink and condiments, like most places to be sure. What am I tipping for exactly?
I've been to the Austin location, too and had a completely different experience...for the better.

Hugo the manager was very considerate knowing we were new because we didn’t know what we were doing, lol. He answered every question and was super nice and taught us the process when ordering/dining in. The food was clean and fresh. Can’t wait to come back and try another dish!
