You definitely don’t get what you paid for when ordering to-go. Poor advertising of what the pancake should look like vs. what you actually get! When you dine-in they are fabulous but they really slack with the toppings on the to-go orders. Very disappointed that I have to dine-in to get what I paid for. The rest of the meal(eggs, hash browns, bacon) were delicious but please do better on the pancakes. Thanks ☺️

I am NOT HAPPY. I had the WORST experience ever. I called a head to let them know I had a party of 9 people. From the moment I arrived 10:10am the waitress the manager had an issue where they were going to sit as. We finally got seat. It took 20mins for them to take the order. We waited for 45 mins for the beverages that never arrived. At 11:25am I asked for the manager (Stephany) just to find out the food was never place and they were just now making the drinks. Until then they found out they were out coke/pepsi (soda). My brother had to catch his flight at 12:30pm. At that point we had to walk out so he wouldn’t miss his flight.

Been dining at IHOP for few years whenever I’m in states, I wish they bettered their quality but unfortunately it’s going down. I’d have rated them 3 stars but gave them 4 just for the brand that IHOP is.

We had Blanca, other waitress was Natashak. Waitresses had horrible attitudes, basically shoved the food onto the table. Another table waited over an hour for COFFEE! They got up and left. If we didn’t have kids we would have done the same but honestly we were hungry and wanted to eat. The other waitress kept having issues with all of her tables as well. The coffee was trash. Food wasn’t super hot but wasn’t freezing. We will not be back to the location ever. Horrible experience

We have been coming here for years and always love the girls and the service and food is always spot on however this llast week as we walked in we were disgusted to hear that there is lead in the coke machine and quickly left. We wiill never be back

The moment I walked in the entire staff was sitting down I knew then that was my Q to not even take a sit. The customer service here is absolutely the poorest I’ve ever experienced at an I HOP. So bad that I decided not to even order after being seated. And told the waitress I didn’t want to order anything and thanked her anyway for her service.

Came here after church. Kennard G was awesome. He gave us time cause we're slow to pick and had a happy upbeat attitude. He did far above any expected standards
I go to IHOP once in a blue moon. This was my first time at this location. I was sat towards the back of the restaurant in a quiet area. This was perfect because there wasn't a whole lot of hustle and bustle where I was. My waitress Kimberly T was spot on and checked on me frequently. Her customer service was outstanding! The food was hot and plentiful. I'm glad I made the stop after my doctor's appointment. I'll be back to visit this location in the future!
