THIS LOCATION STEALS PANCOINS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS MEANING THEY GET FREE FOOD FROM PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY SPEND MONEY. IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO THAT. I never had an issue with this location until today. I always scan my receipt for pancoins. Today I got home and tried scanning my receipt and it said my barcode was already scanned. I called to speak with Sue, the manager and she told me she will call me back whenever she hears back from wherever she was going to call. I get a call back and I spoke to Sean/Shaun and he told me that there was an issue with the app not reading barcodes. I told him the app said it was already scanned. He said that it wasn't possible for anyone to scan my barcode. I told him that I do remember seeing my waitress go to the back in the kitchen with my receipt then came right back out to give us the receipt. He kept giving me the run around and finally when I told him I will contact the corporate office and that's when he said he wanted to compensate me because I was his guest. DO NOT COME HERE. Redeeming pancoins that aren't yours is stealing and ILLEGAL. I made a report to corporate.

We haven’t been to IHOP in a very long time. We won’t be going back. Our server was not attentive and almost seemed like we were a bother to her. She never came to check on us. Tables after we came in received their food before us. Once our food finally arrived, my husband and daughter both found a long brown hair in their food. We tried to tell the manager who did cancel our check, but he was very annoyed and didn’t seem like customers were a priority. If I could give them zero stars I would. We left without finishing our meals.

I had a waitress named Charlotte she made me feel like I was at home with family an she knows her menu an her attitude is a blessing to be around .Customer Service was at the upmost. She need to be in the Mangement I WAS A waiter when I was young an she's got that glow I see good things in her future .IHOP that's your next Manger

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without bacon, I asked if I could have onions instead. The guy taking my order said it’s an up charge for that. It’s a blend jalapeño, Serrano and onion. I said fine! I walk back to my hotel (freezing btw) there was no onions, peppers or anything that resembled the menu Item I had ordered, When I try to Eat my fries it’s a soggy mess. I called. I spoke to a manager I promise I’m not trying to be a Karen lol. Manager was so helpful and willing to replace my order. I told her exactly what I wanted. But when I got the second order, yes there was onion, avocado and cheese. No tomato or lettuce or anything else.Lol ! Why can’t they look at the menu? Anyway DoorDash probably will be a better way to go. I’m going forward.

The service was bare minimum,at least from the server I had.The food was good but my fries were okay.There is mold in the ceilings or at least it looked like it and it smelled funky were I sat also the seats were not that clean so I wouldn’t recommend it.
