Over 45 minutes to get an 55+ 2x2x2. Just 2 eggs 2 bacon 2 pancake. Waitress ditzy. Came by at least 7 times to tell me food wasn’t ready yet but never new why. She just didn’t know. Another waitress sent the manager over who said she was busy so of course it would take over 30 min. Promised if over 45 min she would fire waitress and give me meal free. Took over 45 min but could never find manager. All food cold pancake cardboard. I have heard other complain about this location. Just never believed it could be this bad. Testament to how few people cook and how few breakfast restaurants available.

I ordered coffee and got the left overs, it's was cold. Also, my pancakes were soggy and the waitress was distracted. Then, the wait time was of 20 minutes in the lobby and 20 minutes in the table.

These people need to get themselves together, low customer service, most of employees are rude, if you have a carry out you are gonna wait forever, if you want ihop go to another location don’t come to this one!

So i tried coming back here after not coming for some weeks and today was not any different than any other time I have come. It took 5 minutes before I was greeted at the host station and that's only because a server happened to come out and see and have the manager come out to greet and seat me. I was seated and got my drink no issues. My server came and took my order which is what I always get and it took 25 minutes for me to ger that and I must say this time it was hot!!! A+ for that there. My waffle was kinda cold and a little darker than normal but I still ate it because what can I sayim a sucker for a waffle. So I ate my food and wat he'd as others were seated after they waited some time and got their orders in and food and were spoken to by their servers but nope not me. My server took 15 minutes before coming to speak to me to get my drink refilled. After that I completed my meal and sat there waiting for my server to come back again to get my check. Well let's just say thag I had enough time to use the restroom and wait for an additional 5 minutes before she came which was 5 additional after she left the table behind me to get their check pay the tab and come back again. Waiting for as long as I did i honestly puld have walked out and I don't think she would have noticed. I wanted to give a chance to maybe think things would be different t but I'm thinking they will never be at this location. Sad to say I may not come back as much as I would like to. It's the playing the waiting game and no one speaking to me like they do the other guests that has done it for me. Adding photos to show how unpacked it was yet again when I went. There were only 6 tables when I got there.

I ordered from here through doordash a couple hours ago, and was excited to try the new chocolate strawberry pancakes. They got here and ihop didn’t send me the cheesecake mousse for them, which was the main reason I had ordered them, so it was very disappointing.

Disappointing experience

Walked in to find all employees socializing, ignoring us until the manager intervened. Even then, service was unwelcoming—no greetings, just indifference. Left after learning they were out of an ingredient I wanted. Wouldn’t return.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. While the service was decent, I was disappointed by the approach to tipping. The bill for two adults and one child was $58, with an 8-10% tip added. However, the server returned to ask for a larger tip, which felt uncomfortable. Servers should be paid a fair wage to reduce their reliance on tips, and once a tip is given, it’s unprofessional for staff to request more. This practice detracts from what would have otherwise been a positive dining experience.
