Decided to try out this Hibachi place for a change of scenery. The food was really good and cooked to order. It was nice and cold inside so if you don't enjoy the cold take a light jacket or sweater. I personally enjoyed it but people at our table and the adjacent were rubbing their arms quite a bit.
The absolute worst thing I’ve had since being in Texas…and that says a lot, the yum yum sauce was chunky and disgusting and after spending $75 for takeout for two people I had way higher expectations and too be let down the way that I was, felt like a gut punch after work… I could have left a winning power all ticket on the floor and I honestly don’t think I would go back even to get that

To go order... I received a text that my food was ready- I watched them fill orders from dine-in patrons, in-between putting my food in a bag, though my order was paid already for. The shrimp tempura was more tempura and less shrimp. And it was cooked so long that the shrimp was extremely dry. The batter was very dry and tasteless. Everything else was fine.

Last-minute reservation for a large group and they did a phenomenal job. We could not have been more pleased with the service and the quality of food. Highly recommended.
I went in an asked to do hibachi. The host was very rude and would not allow me to do hibachi. She said I had to do regular dine in.

Witnessed the manager, Long Nguyen, yell at a server for not taking drink orders. It was super awkward bc I was sitting at hibachi and they were standing where the chef would..so he had a full audience. Yes, the service was bad, but seems like that is due to management. Moreover, after Long finished yelling at the server, he did not help the server. Mind you, it was an extremely busy night. Not sure what’s going on with management, but there needs to be a change starting with how the manager treats his employees.
Oh and the food is alright..not worth the price and the headache of bad service.

Terrible customer experience!! My mom and I walked out because how rude they were. I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before in my life but this was unbearable. I had to speak to the manager multiple times because nobody was taking even drink orders.
We waited nearly 25 minutes just for water, and had to witness the manager publicly reprimanding a server when that should’ve been appropriately handled behind close doors.
I sat down at 8PM and finally received service at 8:45PM…but by that time we knew enough was enough. If you want a sweet hibachi experience with your family, don’t come here.
Only did sushi, not the hibachi. Sushi not the best...limited options, expensive, uninspiring. Good quality food, just not exciting. Server was very friendly, just not attentive or well trained. Overall disappointing experience.

For nearly 100$ on a meal for 2, I would think the quality would be beyond what you could get at a county hospital. We placed a to go order and I was seriously unimpressed. I’m not sure if it’s just this batch, but for the price you should at least expect some level of quality. I mean I’ve had better food from Chili’s and that’s saying A LOT. Meat was dry and lacking seasoning. One of our soups was also missing from our order. For this price you would expect a half decent attempt at what is essentially stir fry to-go cooked on a blackstone. We didn’t dine in, so it’s not like we got some magical hibachi experience. Despite them cooking this in the back of house where there’s no performance to the cooking, they managed to ruin my opinion of their restaurant in one order. The fried rice was decent and so was the miso soup, but the main course was pitiful and was honestly a waste of quality meat. On the upside, food was appealing visually and the portion size was nice, but that’s not saying much when you can go to Lava right down the road and get a much better result for less. Overall, I wouldn’t spend your money on take out here. The dine in experience may be better but I’m not going to spend my money to find out.

My family and I always love to come here and celebrate special occasions. Outstanding food and friendly staff.
It was our date night and they were really busy on both sides. We decided to get sushi and Dip was the only server handling all the tables. She made sure we were okay and had a great time despite her being busy and the shrimp tempura roll was delicious. Definitely coming back !!!!

Amazing food, but the worst service I’ve had in my life. Server Dipshika or something like that was the most rude, un attentive and unprofessional I have ever encountered. One other server (so sweet forgot her name, short hair and glasses) she was the only one to check on us and brought a cake for us to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Shame on this bad service.
