Drive thru service was horrible the girl couldn’t take my order right kept repeating myself over and over, when I got my drinks she tells me to park in the front before I went to park I checked my drinks the sprite was water as if it was out told her to change it to fruit punch so I go park waited for along time decided to walk inside to see what’s going on they had a chaos the lady in the purple way in the back was touching all the food with no gloves😐😐 not going back here really bad experience.

The worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to, the Indian guy at the window was extremely rude and lied to my face, asked for a large drink, paid for a large drink and he handed me a small, I told him I ordered a large and all he told me was “that’s a large”, wasn’t upset about it I just let it go then when I open my food everything’s thrown in there like they don’t care, sauce spilling out of the bag, food upside down, I wasn’t rude or anything but I was treated like trash, don’t go here

Dr Pepper was absolutely amazing, as was the sour dough jack. However I also ordered the most simple item one could request and a woman named Valeria literally couldn’t get a burger with just cheese and mayonnaise correct. Matter of fact she gave me a reverse order, of a burger with no cheese and mustard. But I must that when she isn’t working this is easily a five star restaurant. I recommend going in the morning when she isn’t there. I still ate it though.

What about ANY of this screams $17?????? Why am I paying almost $17 dollars for a freaking burger combo??????? Do you not understand HOW MAD I am??????? I went for the convenience and paid a price I really shouldn’t have to pay. I won’t be ordering from there again!!!!!!!! Wingstop has MORE VALUE than this for a similar price!!!!!!!

Manager lady in the morning is rude. Called the cops on me for waiting for the system to update so that I could order breakfast. I was nice & she never asked me to leave. She said she can’t take my order set for 20 minutes but 4am I was so hungry and willing to wait. She said “that’s up to you” and then called the. Ops on me for waiting in the line! Cops suggested I don’t order there so that she doesn’t tamper with my food.
