First I want to say thank you it is open the day after thanksgiving. It is 6:00 a.m. and I just ordered a ultimate breakfast sandwich with bacon well done and a sausage egg and cheese for sandwich
. The people that are working in there right now did exactly that. The bacon is perfect and I wanted to let you know that you have an excellent crew working there.
There are only two ladies in there but they did a great job thank you very much.
And just so you know I have to work today too so it was great that there was something out there that I could eat that was warm that I did not have to cook.
I usually go to QuickTrip and get their sausage egg and cheese for sandwich but most often the bottom is hard and hard to chew. This sausage bacon egg and cheese croisanwich that I got for me is soft and warm and DELICIOUSO!!
I never leave 5 Star review. But I am today. I ordered here late at 1:30am. The food was made fresh. Great customer service. I definitely will be going back. Thank you night crew!

I Chris , just ordered 4 regular tacos 30 mins ago and took a bite into a taco there was a long piece of black hair In the taco damn near puked ! Worst experience ever . Have been coming here to this location few times with no problems til now . Definitely done eating at jacks for a while ??

i came in for a pick up order over the app, it was just a shake i ended up waiting 30 minutes just for them to stay they don’t see my order. The lady working ignored me on purpose horrible service. I filled out the survey online for a refund and no response. Even tried calling went straight to voice mail, this place is a joke.

I come to this location with my boyfriend very frequent but everytime, my order is always messed up. I finally saved up my 60 points from our orders to redeem the bacon ultimate tonight and when we got home, I had received some random burger that I have no clue is and it was disgusting it clearly isn’t the burger in the photo that I had. I cannot even get my points back which is annoying and no one answered the phone. It’s disappointing having messed up orders every single time we come here.
