The staff is ALWAYS attentive to my wife, she has siliac, and they always make sure to pay attn. When preparing her food..we.ve only been here twice..but we will be returning customers! A+

The cookies are raw, they crumble when trying to separate the cookies. inedible.
We love the sandwiches are delicious but most of the time we have a problem with the cookies.

This place has had exceptional service in the last year or two of my visits. I can’t exaggerate and claim I eat here weekly, but I have eaten here plenty over the amount of time I mentioned. I don’t think I’ve seen the same staff more than twice. This being said: turnover usually brings bad experiences at places like this. I hope this level of service continues. It’s good to see people who aren’t taking their frustrations out on every stranger they interact with.

The flavor or sandwich style isn’t for everyone, and honestly I only began liking this style of “sub” because they ran a lot of freebies when they first opened in Oklahoma City/Midwest City years ago. I stick with the classic Italian, Mike’s way, and occasionally the turkey provolone. It’s one of the healthier options when I’m too busy (or lazy) to prepare my own food. Thanks again for the exceptional service.

Parking: The parking spots are in the storefront. The service is fast, so spots become available quickly regardless of occupancy.

The girl that is in charge shouldn't be. I waiting to order walks right by me doesn't acknowledge me. Let's me stand waiting until I walked. The other guy working was trying to make sandwiches but was struggling I believe he was probably a trainee. The need a leader that has a sense of urgency.

On January 27th I had a horrible experience at the Euless Texas store. I ordered online 3 subs for in-store pickup. They said they would be ready by 12:56pm. I arrived at 12:57pm. For 10 minutes I waited with several others, who were also waiting to pick up, and was never acknowledged by the staff about my order. They continued to help the walk in customers, at least 5 people. I noticed bags were ready for pickup but waited anyways. Finally after another 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from staff I looked closer at the orders ready and saw that mine was there. I reach in to get it from the rack and was yelled at by the staff that they will refuse service to me if I do that again. Another person waiting said they just want to know if their order is ready and the staff, mainly the manager, reiterated "we will refuse service". I have never been treated that way by a restaurant ever. When they did hand me my order there was no apology for the wait. I wrote a complaint right away to corporate about the ordeal. A person behind me in line called. But my main reason for writing this review is because it has been 2 weeks and there has been no acknowledgement from corporate about my complaint. Jersey Mike's was my favorite chain sub shop, but not anymore. I was treated very poorly and didn't deserve it. I would have walked out if I didn't already pay online for my order. I had also already tipped. Whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The no response is what lost the customer not the event.
