"Hot and ready"? What a joke. Two times in a row I go in and they tell me at least 30 minutes to order. What a joke. Horrible.

Ordered 4 pizza’s for a group of kids here and got 2. Could not get any help from support or from the store. Talked to the store manger, Mona, and she was absolutely no help and said there was nothing she could do and I was wasting my time. This may be the worst delivery experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars I would.

Waited an extra 30 minutes over scheduled pick up time. Had to go in and remind staff to make our order after initial delay estimate was up. Employee vaping in the front pick up area? We really okay with this now?

Found a BEAD, yes a BEAD from jewelry, in my pizza. Manager couldn’t have been bothered to care. Just be careful when eating.

I never have a problem. They are friendly and even when they are busy they give the order around the time they said it will be done. I even seen them fix a customers order that got completely messed up and then some to make it right

I visit this place quite often, and it’s definitely one of the best in terms of attentiveness and cleanliness in the north DFW area. Each time I stop by, the hot boxes are always filled with delicious pizzas ready for purchase, and the staff is consistently friendly. Even though it’s a bit of a trek for me when I’m craving pizza, this location is usually at the top of my list.
