I selected “contactless delivery”, that was a mistake because with their disclaimer they aren’t on the hook when the pizza doesn’t show up. Which is exactly what happened. Driver claimed he knocked on my door and left the pizza. I was in my room the whole time and nobody knocked on my door. The front desk personnel also said nobody delivered pizza. Not pleased.
Great food, healthy portions and professional staff. We will be back often…
Love this place and have never had a problem before my last order. Had a complaint about the quality of my dish. Made the complaint on the Slice APP. They then passed on the complaint to Lushaj's and told me that Lushaj's had no response or solution. A simple acknowledgement or apology would have been nice. Kind of disappointed.
