The service is horrible. They employees including the managers always have attitudes. If I’m spending my money and ask for fresh food it shouldn’t be a problem. They take your order, handling money then go make your food without washing their hands. Unacceptable and rude

The manger Marley was so rude we went twice through the drive through and we told her that it's not working and she rudely said ok but you still have to go drive through speaker just so I can take your order without apologizing for there broken dead speakers

Use mobile pickup, they screw up taking my order number and I had to ask if they even heard it. I pull up to the window and they’re missing my coffee. Tell me to park and I counted 15 people who got their full orders while I parked and waited for a single coffee. Mismanaged to hell and back

The food was cold. The machine you have to order your food from was out of paper so we didn't catch our number. The service was okay the employees was nice. But they forgot to give us napkins dipping sauce for the nuggets and straws for a drink I ordered the code and whoever made the coke filled it up with ice
The Big Mc meal was not as good as usual. The patty tasted a bit like cardboard.

I’ve given this location a handful of tries and unfortunately each time has been disappointing. My order has been wrong every time. The drinks taste stale or old (maybe it’s the ice?). Drive a few more minutes to a different location. It’s worth it.
