Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Sophia was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the rest of the staff was just as great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. The flavor and topping selection was truly exceptional—there were so many options, and everything looked fresh and delicious. You can tell they really care about quality and customer service. I had a great experience overall and will definitely be coming back!

I have been disappointed several different times. I can only have the Chocolate Almond Milk yogurt and it constantly gets switched out and is not an option for months because "seasonal" or "promotional" flavors take its place. I would have thought it would be one of the core options but it's not so I don't think I'll be back after too many disappointments.

I've been picking up orders here for the last three days in a roll. And the front door has kids ice cream hands and smears all over it. It gross. If the front door is that filthy for that long I can only imagine everything else. That should be mandatory to be cleaned at night and to make sure it's clean in the morning when opening

Worker was very rude to my pregnant friend after finding hair in yogurt! Absolutely unacceptable

I’ve ordered two custom cakes so far and have had a flawless experience both times!! :) They’ve been super excited and happy to explore whatever theme or idea, even if it’s silly. 🌽 Thanks y’all! Do be wary of getting a fruit filling tho, the fruit makes it a little hard to cut after it’s been in the freezer! But it tasted 10/10!! 💕✨

Not bad, but overpriced and they charge u for the weight of the container?!?!?!? Didn’t Whole Foods get sued for this? It was 17 w/tip…..there was another cup, but w/half the yogurt.

So many choices, and the cakes are soo gorgeous even if I didn’t get one!!! Most of the workers seemed like they didn’t really want to be there and were just on their phones the whole time or talking to their coworkers, but this one person with short dark hair Madi was incredibly kind and helpful, and even told me they made the cakes themselves! Atmosphere was clean and friendly. Idk why everyone here is so mad about the tip option, it’s an OPTION for a reason. Madi was nice and I always tip when I see them working behind the counter. Most other Menchie’s aren’t nearly this nice.

Here's the thing. I love fro yo. But this is self serve so it's kind of rude to even ask for a tip in this situation. Just saying. Automatic $0 tip.

I had a good experience here, that was until it was time to pay.
When you check out, this location automatically adds a gratuity(tip). Usually when you visit a restaurant and are checking out the counter the system offers to let you choose a tip amount. This place selects the tip amount for you and unless you de- select what they chose, you will automatically be charged their predetermined tip amount.
I Asked the nice girl at the counter why my bill was higher than what she said it would be, she said… “it adds the tip automatically if you don’t deselect that amount, I get asked about it all the time.
At the end of the day the employee was great and the yogurt was good but I feel like I got scammed at check out.

My FAVORITE yogurt place in DFW hands down. They have low sugar yogurt AND dairy free yogurt!!! I drive 45 minutes just to come here as a treat at least once a month!

Plus, so many amazing topping options with different fruits and nuts. ❤️

We ordered a customized cake, and Rebecca was fantastic in communicating every detail via email to ensure a memorable birthday experience. I highly recommend this place!

The froyo is usually pretty good. I do wonder though why you are asked to give a tip when the customer does everything themself
