This place needs new management. A whole new business model. Where do I even begin?

Long lines, very slow staff. Literally everyone in the store is constantly upset and on edge. Customers and staff included. They make pizza slower than my grandma would.

The idea of this place is cool but in practice it's very lacking. The pizza is good. Great, even. But it's constantly understaffed and you have all of these delivery drivers standing around losing their minds because thier pizza hasn't even been made yet.

If you go here expect to be just standing upright in line for long periods of time. Lord forbid multiple people have young children. It's a miserable nightmare. And the atmosphere is very weak. It's super bright, white and bland. Almost like you're trying to order pizza at a Walmart.

No hot sauce besides buffalo wing sauce which isn't good on pizza to me. Not very generous on the toppings either. The people were nice though, and it is clean!

The basil pesto cauliflower crust and s the bomb! Who knew cauliflower crust could taste so good! Yum!

My pizza was full, piled with everything I asked for. He did a fantastic job! Crust was just the way I like it. So happy to find this one & it was open. Yay!

We ordered online and wanted to try out a place that offered Cauliflower Pizza which MOD Pizza offered. This place did not disappoint. The crust was perfect, the ingredients were fresh. I'll definitely be back!

Mod Pizza was amazing. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure all our food came out exactly as we wanted. A couple No Name Cakes made for the perfect finish.

Well...to start, watching the lady handled my wife's pizza, handled money, and then without changing gloves or actually have both gloves on, handles my kids and my pizza with her dirty hands. But I guess the fire kills the bacteria. Pizza was at least good (the money bacteria gave it that extra zing I'm guessing). Service was ok, they all look miserable here. Tables were mostly dirty and this is with a nearly empty place. 4 people total here so not like they're too busy...just seem lazy if I'm being honest. Used to love coming here, staff was always peppy, happy to help and make our pizzas. As of late, not so much.
