This place is a classic. It's pizza and drinks. The pizza is good and even better when it's two giant slices and a drink for $7. That special use to be $6 but I get it...everyone has to be an idiot and raise their prices because that's how the economy works. I'm just sorry this place had to jump in on the bandwagon. The food is good. The environment.... Well, it's got a lot of seating. The chairs will hurt you bottom if you're like me and you don't have one. The booths are soft. They have a Galaga game and claw machine, never seen in working order. Parking is great. Getting out from parking.... depends on time. Traffic getting OUT of the lot is just dumb. However, the food is good and still affordable at $7. Try it.

Don't judge a book by its cover. She may be in need of a little makeover but some of the best pizza I've ever eaten.

This is the 2nd meatball sub I've had from here. The 1st one was awesome, plenty of sauce, perfectly toasted bread easy to eat. The 2nd meatball sub still tasted awesome but was rough to eat due to the top of the bread being overcooked and the bottom being done correctly. There was not enough sauce which added to the overcooked bread dilemmia. Will try again but hope the person who made the 1st on teaches the rest of the staff how to do the meatball sub like they did.

Really disappointed. I called and found out the online menu was completely out of date. When I asked, they didn't have any paper takeout menus either. The employee said I should take a picture of the menu. When I arrived, I saw the outside building had faded paint and looked abandoned. When I came in, the dining area floor was covered with debris, and the tables legs were balanced with gross folded napkins that had clearly been there for weeks. The place was totally empty on a Saturday night and felt lifeless. I walked to the front, and the 2 employees were each to the far sides of the kitchen in the back. They did not see me or acknowledge me. From the counter, I looked back and saw one of the dining room booths and a large hole in it. Finally, I shouted hello. I received my pizza and drove home hoping the pizza would at least be good. Sadly, it was lacking sauce and was made with cheap ingredients. I was not excited about it. The price was the only good thing about it, I was wondering why it was cheap... They did not offer me Parmesan cheese or red pepper.

23 years of 5-star joy ordering pizza and various sandwiches from NYPD, had always been the best sandwich shop in the mid-cities. But the last 3 orders my family has placed have upset us. Super dry sandwiches in every order since late 2023. Plain meatballs with cheese on bread is not what we expect from our favorite deli. Ugh. Sad to say this third strike may be our last.

This place is trash. You wanna feel like you're in the 90s? That's the last time anything was updated in this place. Your shoes will stick to the floor but don't worry so will your arms to the table. The chair arm rests let you down more than the pizza. Ever had chicken deli meat in a buffalo chicken sub? Me either until now. Never knew that was considered NY style. Remind me never to go to NY. You like sauce on your subs? Good luck! I'm not sure they even have sauce in the kitchen. If they do they definitely leave it off their subs. Maybe they put in on the pizzas instead. That would explain the floppy greasy mess that they call pizza. If you're thinking about coming here and I can't imagine why, just order 4 sides of pickles and consider yourself lucky. I rate it "Bad" like bad, bad!

I was genuinely surprised at how good the pizza here was. I stopped in for lunch as I was in the area and was looking for a spot to grab pizza by the slice. I saw the reviews for this spot and thought I’d give it a chance. First impressions were nothing special, the building is old and the parking lot was tight and unmaintained. Walking into the building didn’t offer anything to get excited about. Again, the spot is older, darkly lit and laid out awkwardly, but it was fairly clean and the smell of food cooking was quite delicious. I grabbed a couple slices of cheese pizza and all of the good reviews made sense. The crust has just the right amount of crispiness to it and the sauce and cheese they use made for a delicious slice. Now I just wish they weren’t so far from where I live!!
