Don’t come during the dinner rush. They’re shorthanded and can’t keep up with the orders, and after the Colleyville moms come through to buy ten entrees at once, there’s nothing left and you have to wait 10+ minutes for even the basics to be restocked. For every one customer in line, there are maybe five people who’ve already ordered and paid and are waiting for the cooks to finish the order. And this food isn’t worth waiting for.

You know I guess overtime we just don't hold restaurants to a certain standard anymore the food was tasted old or just over cooked the rice was cold taste it like it's been there for a while but I guess that's what I should have expected from a restaurant that lets it quality goes down now I understand they can't cook fresh food every time but I still believe they should still take some pride in keeping the food worthy of eating.

DO NOT ORDER AN ONLINE ORDER. EVERY time I’ve done so, it’s wrong. At first I thought, It happens, not a huge deal, but 3 take out orders in a row?!
I mentioned it to a family member, and apparently she has a similar issue. Either one aspect is always incorrect, or her food is not ready remotely close to the pick up time.
The food was good over all, not amazing… I would have given a higher star, but the way there is always something wrong, shows me there is a flaw in their system & no one doing anything about it.
You need to run your business better.

After moving to this area a couple years ago, I'm excited that there was a panda right down the street. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment... Walked in and took forever to just come to the counter and upon examining what was offered it looked like it had been there since yesterday so I walked out. Came back about a year later and it was the best experience at Panda I've had in a long time so I was excited.. Tried it again yesterday and it was right back to where it was. The place was dirty. The food looked like had been there since yesterday... And they didn't even have any sweet fire chicken made up and he said it would take at least 15 minutes. So I walked out again and I will never be back.

Ordered online for Togo. Food promised and a certain time. I was waiting for my order, and numerous people came into the store ordered and were eating by the time I got my food. Even the manager got food while myself and others were waiting for to go orders. Her team had numerous people waiting for Togo orders and numerous people in line and decided to get herself food.

I came in to grab dinner and was told they were “out” of fried rice — 45 minutes before closing. When I asked if they could make more, the staff said no, they weren’t willing to cook any more this close to closing time. Fried rice is one of their signature items, and to stop serving it that far ahead of close shows a lack of care for customers. If you advertise it, you should have it available until the end of business hours. Very disappointing experience.

I just left this location, I came in and had the worst experience. The line was completely empty and it was 10 pm. He was literally going to sell me a 3 plate entree with just beef and broccoli, fried rice and chow mein on the line. When I asked for spring rolls he said all they had were cheese ragoons. I asked how long it would take to cook some and he said “ no we aren’t cooking anymore tonight. I’ve been to Peiwei and they would have never rejected a customer’s request. This is just insane. How do they expect to sell for half an hour and not having anything to sell. This is just upsetting and not ok.

Dining room gross and dirty. Also there were all guys and they were rude. Also I was not made aware there was an upcharge fee for one of the entrees I got. All the food needed to be refilled. Won't be coming back. Rip off, terrible food and atmosphere. High prices for some gross food.

Although I have eaten at Panda Express before this the first time I have reviewed it. This time I had my order to go. I ordered the original orange chicken, chicken and mushrooms, beef broccoli, chow mein and three chicken egg rolls. All of the food as always was very delicious. I just love coming to Ppanda Express and I have dine-in in this particular restaurant and it's always clean, staff very friendly and polite. This is my go to place when I am in the mood for Chinese food.
