Very kind staff, of course the wifi was great. Manager made regular rounds checking in on customers, it was very nice. Beverages tasted as expected and people seemed to be enjoying their meals. I love Panera for the Cafe aspect and wish I had visited this one sooner.

Everytime I come to this location I am left feeling disappointed. The staff is not very friendly and they don't prepare the food with any care. Today I ordered a salad and all the mixed greens were wilted and slimy. I worked at a Panera for 7 years and we were trained not to serve wilted lettuce. Don't serve something if you wouldn't eat it yourself. Y'all need to do better especially for the prices we are paying for the food.

i waited over 30 minutes to get my order, which was just a bowl of soup. people who ordered after me received their food and left by the time i got mine. not ideal especially with only an hour for lunch break.

There was a constant alarm going on that could be heard all around the restaurant. Their tomato soup was insipid.

Today I ordered.french onion soup......no cheese or croutons. This is the third time in 6 months I've ordered it and the same thing has happened each time. I keep hoping things have changed in the time between. Silly me. The only reason for 2 stars is my salad is okay. The bathrooms are not clean and the seating area just feels old and not properly clean also. Used to go frequently, but now maybe 3 times a year to just to see if things are better. Unfortunately they are not.

Worse experience ever. We had to wait 30 minutes for 1 salad and 2 Mac and cheese bowls. It's not even a steakhouse where they are cooking my fillet to my liking. Will never be back considering that is the 3rd time they take 30 minutes for my order. Employees have no sense of urgency, they don't care how long you've been waiting and overall not great customer service.

The manager is very responsible, overseeing the kitchen and everything else. He serves at the tables and even checks the food coming out of the kitchen to ensure there are no mistakes. Thank you so much for your concern. This must be the best Panera Bread I've ever been to in my life.

I had a cinnamon bagel to go a few days ago and was doughy and barely any cinnamon toast crunch. I brought it to a manager's attention today, while buying a scone and she thanked me for input but feel at least should have been offered a credit! Nothing! I used to go every day a few years ago when I had my coffee club membership and seems like the quality is definitely not the same, nor service. I will take my business elseware like Chez Fabien Bistro bakery in Grapevine.

There is no service. It's all self serve now. You use a kiosk, you pick up your food. You have to ask for a cup and there are long delays in getting tour food. We waited 30 minutes and they were out of their big seller - the baguette.

They are slow and never have enough employees to take on the orders. Door dash depend on the stores to have the orders up and ready and this store is the slowest I have ever been in. The managers are the bad for making excuses for the employees. Over an a hour waiting for an order. This is ridiculous for it to take this long.
