Kudos to PJs for treating the Euless Library Silent Book Club to coffee and pastries. The pastries were a tie between a cookie and a muffin top. They were so soft and flavorful. The coffee was a bit dark for my taste but it balanced out the pastries well.

I ordered a box of beignets that was to be ready at 7:10 on Friday. I ordered online Thursday night. I received emails and texts that confirmed my order. I also received a reminder in the morning that my order would be ready at 7:10. I got there around 7:12, I showed my text and was told that they were working on it. This was almost the same time a box of beignets were handed to another customer. I asked them if their order was pre-ordered and they said it wasn’t. There is really no point in sending a text that the order would be ready at 7:10 if they are not. I was told by the girl at the counter that the order came in at 7:05… I put the order in the night before! I have no desire to return.

The place is too brightly light and creates too much glare on my laptop screen. Their seats are uncomfortable and only offer a few tables and two small couches. The coffee isn't very good, the only good part about their food is the bengeits which are over priced. At closing time I was deeply into my work and didn't notice they're closing. They didn't have their hours posted on the doors and it's not on their site. They notified me by loudly talking to each other "now that we're CLOSED, you can clean over there". Instead of just notifying me 5-10 minutes prior they just cut off their wifi. Like wow, passive aggressive much? Don't spend your money or your time here. Not worth it imo.

Cute vibrant spot with extremely kind staff! I'm usually not too picky about my coffees, but I ordered a king cake latte and it was overly syrupy/sugary. I still think it's a great study spot!

I'm from New Orleans, so I was happy to get an authentic King Cake during the season. Service has been great at each visit. The ambiance is that of a small coffee shop. I liked it.

The chai tea could use a little more spice, but I will definitely be back to try it again.
This is the third time we've been here since they opened. I thought "well, they've been open for a while, have decent reviews, maybe they're decent now." Nope. The coffee is terrible. This trip they got the order wrong (no big deal), went back into the drive thru, and the latte was what you see in the photo. I scraped off the foam just to see what was happening. The best way I could describe it was that somebody made a pot of water in the same room as coffee and milk. It was just awful, barely coffee-flavored dishwater.

I don't always remember my experiences at a drive thru since I frequent quite a few, but I distinctly remember thinking that the lady at the window was awfully rude and acted like I was bothering her to place an order at lunchtime. Once I received my credit card bill and was reconciling my receipts, I was a bit miffed to notice she rewarded her bad behavior with an unauthorized tip. I disputed the increase with my credit card company and provided a copy of my receipt and they refunded my overage. I just wanted to warn people to check your credit cards because if they do this to everyone they will be raking in the extra cash.
