Rude employees. Does not pay attention to order of who was first and will assist customers who were not there first. Get it right.

They got my drive thru order wrong, I asked them at the menu board to confirm my order and make sure they had it right, he said “yeah, it’s right” well it wasn’t. I order strips and didn’t get strips, and they forgot one of my sides. I knew I was supposed to check my order before I left. That my fault, but dang what are they doing that they can’t get it right.

Every time I come to this location I have to come through the drive thru twice because they can never get my order right and the dine in is always closed so I can’t fix the order inside so pathetic.

If I could give a negative zero I would. Customers please make sure to get your debit and credit cards back when you make a purchase. I visited this location on 10/24 around midnight ordered my food and the young lady forgot to give me back my debit card I called the next morning and spoke to a very nice lady who informed me that my card was there. So I stopped by around 5pm on Friday to pick up my card. Asked the young lady at window she attempted to look then went over to the sorry, unprofessional, supervisor who directed her back to window. The supervisor TOTALLY IGNORED ME and my daughter, No eye contact, No may I help you? Walked around like we wasn’t standing there. In the end the young lady at the window told me to come back the next day. I go back Saturday morning and the lady who spoke to me in the beginning said my card was gone and she remembered where she put it so Thank you to the lowlife who stole my card at Popeyes.

Luis was very helpful and kind. Chicken tenders were cooked just right.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered the 3 PC classic bone in chicken. I was given the smallest breast (literally the size of a wing) and 2 measly wings. I wanted all dark meat. The employee didn't even ask what kind of chicken I wanted. Not to mention those 3 pieces of chicken and a side of awful Cole slaw cost $13. My son's fries were cold and soggy. This is the second time I've come to this location, and I can guarantee I will not be back.
