My nephew wanted Potbelly so like a good Aunt I got us Potbelly. I'm sorry to say I was not impressed with the Italian sandwich. It had good flavor, but there was not much to it. A little meat cheese and bread.

I love potbelly but this location in particular I am disappointed because I ordered the combo which comes with a drink and no one informed me that there was no ice and when I went to fill my cup with the lukewarm beverage from their machine then something fell into my drink. Food is great but the maintenance at this location needs improving.

One favor , please make sure to cook the bacon all the way through. Staff was great , service was great but the BLTA was not what it could have been. Just need to make sure the bacon fully cooked. Had to microwave it some.

Food is good Staff and manager are friendly. Manager (regular manager, not necessarily whoever was working today on Jan 18 ) goes pretty skimpy on toppings so I prefer when regular employees make my sandwiches...that is the only negative

I love Potbelly. However, I ordered the chicken pot pie soup for a group and opened up a bucket of barely warm soup and no pot pie pieces.
I've ordered this on occasion from other locations and received piping hot soup. I'm disappointed because we have a small event so it's too late to request another order and drive all the way back out there to pick it up. My microwave is being used several times over for a quality control oversight.

There's a sweet black lady who's one of the funnest workers I've ever met and she always makes sure the order is right if your there sometimes even triple checking
I go to a lot of sandwich shops. I can literally say I've been to almost every Potbelly in the DFW area. For that matter, I've also been to Jimmy John's and to Jersey Mikes. I do a lot of service calls for all these chains. I will have to say that, for the most part, I was a Jersey Mike's person. That changed today. Ashley(the GM) and the crew made changed my mind. The sub I got here was the best I have had since Publix (for those who are uninitiated lookem up when in Florida) Shout out to Reilly ( she was the one to make the sandwich), and the place is always emaculate. Very clean, very friendly. I have never seen trash or an item out of place. I live about 30 minutes away, but I will bring my family here just for the quality of service and food. This is the top store in DFW, in my opinion.
They need better customer service here. Been going here since this location opened. I also work in customer service and I'd never act this way to a customer that wasn't being unruly. The black lady that helped us with the toppings kept saying "What?" after each question she asked and my response. I was speaking plainly and clearly and definitely with enough volume. There was only one other customer in there so it wasn't noisy. It was every single question, I'd answer her, then she'd say "What?" in not a mean but definitely not nice manner. She did the same to my brother who was with me. Then as I was paying for mine, I asked for a cup for water. The younger Hispanic (?) lady didn't hand me anything. I asked a second time but she still never gave it to me. My brother paid for his and we left. We were gonna eat there but decided against it, which was disappointing because I was ready to sit down and eat. Please, talk to your employees about their lack of good service or hire people that do good. Just this experience has me rethinking coming back to this location.
