Useless potbelly. My wife is vegetarian, and out of the three times we’ve ordered a veggie sandwich from them, they put chicken all over the sandwich. Teach your employees how to read. They left the chips out of the order most recently as well, this is incredibly frustrating for us. Get it together.

The staff that works the evenings lately just do not care about any customer service. No one greets you when you come in and they all have their ear buds in doing their own thing. Myles completely ignored us when we were at the counter. Asked him how he was tonight and he just turned and walked away. The food is great... just wished the stuff could show just a bit of personality and kindness towards their customers.

EZ Catering order, absolutely delicious. They had great vegetarian options and sandwiches. Amazing variety and flavor! We got the sandwich bundles and vegetable soup!

Went in for lunch and had a terrible experience. Was never greeted, sandwich order messed up from both people. Only one that seemed interested in working was the cashier who was getting ordered around by the other 2. Usually dont have issues with this place but the 2 employees made me have my first bad experience

Order was incorrect and worker was on the phone watching youtube while charging me up wasn't even paying attention when I was paying and had to mention orders twice, long haired male worker evening Thursday 10-30-25 long time not being here but once I get crappy service I don't go back

Horrible customer service. Did not catch the name of the male but worked on 10/16 at 1:49PM. He did not hand me my spoon but rather almost threw it at me while I’m bagging my own food and walked away before handing in my receipt and said, “you can grab your receipt.” Got upset when he had to void out the correct item as it ended up being a pick two item and I had to mention twice what type of soup I grabbed but his tone was not friendly at all! 1st time here and left a bad taste due to service.

Ordered a cup of potato soup from the girl at the register. She served me like warm soup with no cheese or toppings . I asked her for some cheese and she rudely snapped back with “that’s EXTRA” ! I have been working next door for months and I always order the same thing . Never been told it was extra. She was rude and unprofessional and I won’t be returning for a 5.00 cup of potato soup lukewarm and no cheese . I would be fired if I talked to a customer like that .

My nephew wanted Potbelly so like a good Aunt I got us Potbelly. I'm sorry to say I was not impressed with the Italian sandwich. It had good flavor, but there was not much to it. A little meat cheese and bread.
I love potbelly but this location in particular I am disappointed because I ordered the combo which comes with a drink and no one informed me that there was no ice and when I went to fill my cup with the lukewarm beverage from their machine then something fell into my drink. Food is great but the maintenance at this location needs improving.

One favor , please make sure to cook the bacon all the way through. Staff was great , service was great but the BLTA was not what it could have been. Just need to make sure the bacon fully cooked. Had to microwave it some.

Food is good Staff and manager are friendly. Manager (regular manager, not necessarily whoever was working today on Jan 18 ) goes pretty skimpy on toppings so I prefer when regular employees make my sandwiches...that is the only negative
