I had a friend of mine suggest Potbelly to me and I haven’t turned back since. The staff is so nice. my sandwiches have always been done correctly and amazingly delicious.Parking: This location is easy to enter and exit.

Always the best service and best everything! Those hot peppers keep me craving their sandwiches. And this is one place that you can place an online order and pick it up without ever having to check to make sure they got it right. They ALWAYS get it right. Staff was curt, and passive aggressive.I asked for light cucumber and with a stern voice, the lady told me “who doesn’t like cucumber?”The person I was with was borderline snapped at, the same lady told him to start from the top with his choices of veggies.“Good vibe, great sandwich!”Mmmm a bit much of false advertisement for this location. If all the staff are of a certain group with an attitude, this is what you get.

Yesterday I visited this Potbelly's location. The potbelly location executes sandwiches in a greater state compared to other Potbelly's location. I loved the provolone chicken salad sandwhich at Potbelly's. Therefore, I order the provoolone chicken salad sandwich at this location. The provolone chicken salad is a normal sandwich and does not require the upcharge. I love the potbelly's chicken salad. Every potbelly's location mixes the chicken salad. In other locations in Houston, I have observed the chicken salad sandwich synthesized with less whole chicken and more mayo mix. This location achieved the right mix of chicken and mayo. Kudos to this location. However, one issue I observed is important. The sandwich artist is using expired wheat bread. Why cannot procure fresh wheat bread? I don't know. Anyways, I digress. I hope the location offers fresh wheat bread in future visits. My girlfriend lives in Euless Texas so I visit the community for her favor.

I love Potbelly sandwiches - and never had I ever experienced such horrible customer service from their GM Ashley. She is rude and portrays zero customer service which, as a Manager, she better learn. The way she talks down to a staff member who made a mistake is absolutely wrong, and in the same breath she becomes rude with me by cutting me off just when I am answering her question to clarify what I ordered. Sometimes I can let rudeness go, but she is one that needs to find another line of work where she is hidden out of public service.On a side note, Kris (or Chris?) taking over briefly made up for the service. She was more personable and truly made up for the service. Kendall - you're a joy!
The food was great and Ashley was so friendly, informative and just all around A+ for our first time at a Potbelly location!

My son and I both got a wrecked medium sandwich and I totally enjoyed it. The ingredients were fresh and it was exactly what I needed that evening. The medium was more than enough food for me. I liked the atmosphere for a sandwich shop, the price was reasonable and the bathrooms were clean. My only negative comment is that the counter is a bit high and you can’t really watch them prepare your sandwich due to the counter height. Recommended in spite of that issue.

I ordered a ham and Swiss and clearly wrote “please add 3 layers of cucumbers” and turns out they put 0 cucumbers. I’m very disappointed that I paid for an $8+ sandwich for them not to include the best part of the sandwich. Reading instructions can’t be that difficult, right? This is why I don’t order online and prefer to order in the store. I will not be ordering online here again.I will say that the employees were friendly when we walked in. The potato soup was good. My boyfriend liked his Cuban sandwich.
