We went there tonight for pick up. The service was wonderful. But the salads were missing items requested and the produce tasted old. Specifically the tomatoes (soured) , avocado (brown), and lettuce (wilted). I feel very disappointed. I will stick with the Salads and Go on Precinct Line in Hurst, as their produce always tastes fresh and they have never gotten our order wrong.

I got the Thai salad and it was disappointing to find out the peanut dressing is spicy. You should specify in the menu that it is spicy. I was unable to eat my salad.

Not trucker friendly, tried to place an order on the window was completely ignored, tried walk to the drive thru, but I was still ignored.

I usually come to this location with no complaints. Today(7:06 p.m. ) 9/27 for Keysha) I have 2 complaints. I did an online order. Drove up to the pick-up window and pushed the service bell, and I noticed one girl squating on the floor on her phone. Not noticing me. Then, I looked up at me and went back to her phone. I was the only customer there at the time. Then the girl got up to take a drive thru order. Totally ignoring me. Then, a couple more minutes went by, and another associate came to the pick-up window to apologize to me for waiting. Maybe they were making other orders. I know the other girl on her phone was not. Then I get home to eat my salad and halfway EATING MY SALAD..... a looooong, stringy brown/reddish curly hair came out my salad with the fork in my MOUTH!!!!! I am so upset and grossed out. I understand things happen, but not being acknowledged when I came to pick up my food annoyed me, then this hair in my food.

Pulled up to order, one line had a customer so I went to the second line, of course I had to wait until they were done ordering. The customer was done and pulled up to the window so I waited until someone came to take my order, another car pulls up to the other lane and I hear them instantly begin to take his order while I have been waiting for about 2 mins. Why have 2 lanes to take orders if you don’t have enough people to take orders for both lanes. Definitely drove off because I know they seen me pull up to order before that other customer
