Food was sloppy and not put together well at all. Service was what people have come to expect. The atmosphere was that of a very slow restaurant. If they could take the time to work on freindlyness that would go a long long way. Doesn't hurt to smile and be friendly.

Forgot my pizza and sandwich and gave me a sandbagging didn’t even order. Very unapologetic. Manager Izzy had a very rude attitude as well. Worst experience I’ve had here. I called about my order and the girl who answered told me oh well she just give you a refund. I actually wanted my food. I’m Sick!

Irma and her crew refused to answer the telephone
They won’t give me pickles for my delivery order
They told the delivery guy that I need to order the pickles on the app, they’re not available on the app
Beware when ordering delivery here they don’t bother to update the door dash app and just replace things without checking!!! Ordered a pastrami in rye and they decided to put it on their white bread (which I hate). When I called to complain I was told we don’t carry that bread anymore but yet they show it on the app so now out 30 bucks for a lousy sandwich in won’t eat!! Seriously horrible customer service

Sorry workers! 4 workers tonight and NOT ONE greeted or paid us any mind in the front! One finally made eye contact and went straight to the window! After minutes of waiting we left and went to Jimmy John’s! Had great quick friendly service, our sandwich’s were GREAT at jimmy John’s! Definitely going back to jimmys

When placing my order, I ordered a sugar cookie and was told they only had chocolate chip. Ordered a Medium Diet Dr Pepper and was told it had to be Small or Large because they didn't have any Medium lids and ordered a Sm Turkey Original. Get to work only to discover my Large drink wasn't Diet Dr Pepper and my Turkey Original had Mustard on it instead of Mayo (the way it is supposed to come). An expensive meal for receiving nothing (correct) that I ordered.
