Beware when ordering delivery here they don’t bother to update the door dash app and just replace things without checking!!! Ordered a pastrami in rye and they decided to put it on their white bread (which I hate). When I called to complain I was told we don’t carry that bread anymore but yet they show it on the app so now out 30 bucks for a lousy sandwich in won’t eat!! Seriously horrible customer service

Sorry workers! 4 workers tonight and NOT ONE greeted or paid us any mind in the front! One finally made eye contact and went straight to the window! After minutes of waiting we left and went to Jimmy John’s! Had great quick friendly service, our sandwich’s were GREAT at jimmy John’s! Definitely going back to jimmys

When placing my order, I ordered a sugar cookie and was told they only had chocolate chip. Ordered a Medium Diet Dr Pepper and was told it had to be Small or Large because they didn't have any Medium lids and ordered a Sm Turkey Original. Get to work only to discover my Large drink wasn't Diet Dr Pepper and my Turkey Original had Mustard on it instead of Mayo (the way it is supposed to come). An expensive meal for receiving nothing (correct) that I ordered.

I have been twice in the last two weeks at two different locations. I prefer the location at 121 and Glade. Either way, both equally were quick to greet me and take my order. Both provided the order within a reasonable amount of time. The sandwich at both was made just how I wanted it and I loved every bite. The interior and exterior of both were pristine with maintenance and cleanliness. I will be returning.

We ordered a large original sandwich from the drive-through at the Euless location on 183. We asked for no tomatoes. When we arrived home the sandwich not only had plenty of tomatoes, but the sandwich had been doused with jalepeno sauce. The sandwich made us both sick. This location does not answer their phone, in fact, there voice mail is full so you are unable to leave a message. If you want to get ill, or at the very least, a poorly made sandwich, do not go to this location. Obviously, the manage doesn't care about very poor service.

You don't go to Schlotzsky's for atmosphere you go there for the food obviously. They didn't have any raspberry lemonade so that was a strike against them but it probably was just out because of popularity.

Please don’t ask for a substitute if they “happen” to be outta Jalapeño chips ( best seller ) because Marcus the store manager is going to say NO . Marcus, plz don’t tell your upper management I wanted the soup as a substitute. Before you came on the ?, I’d already agreed to pay “a la cart” for the soup. Your lack or failure to keep stock is not on your customers. With so many places to eat, go somewhere else & know they will @ bare minimum ask to accommodate with ? or some other equal value.
People that barely speak English run this place.
