Definitely improved in both look and service. Don't like the non automated mobile pup stalls because there is no confirmation you've checked in correctly or the status of your order. That is a huge downgrade in service.

I don't know what it is about the specific Sonic but they had to make the best drinks their food is always hot and fresh and their employees are so friendly. I think management takes their job seriously and it shows.

I came here and waited literally 20 min for my order that consisted of two drinks and a sandwich by itself. My sandwich tasted like garbage and was super soggy so please do better it wasn’t even that busy .

I went to get a Brownie blast and asked twice… it was deadass just a chocolate shake, no pieces of anything.
Worst burger I've had from any fast food chain, decided to give them a shot since I've never had sonics and the queso smasher looked interesting, but the patty was overcooked and extremely dry and the buns squished to a pancake.

This is the 3rd time where I ordered sauce to go with my meal thru the app and I did not receive any. It says it clear as day on the printed out receipt that they tape to the bag. Guess I need to remember to double check my order now.
