I visited this location twice, the first time the service was great, food was fresh etc. The second time was 6/19/25 at about 4:30pm, I ordered a medium onion ring & 2 corn dogs, there was no line & I was expecting freshness as like I received previously. My onion rings whole fresh were very overcooked, the corn dogs WERE COLD & filled with grease, I wasn’t even a full 5 minutes down the street so I called the store & spoke with Ashley the manager who was being very condescending in her tone when I expressed to her that my food was not fresh & she states that all their food is fresh & cooked to order. If that was the case I wouldn’t have been calling you & even then I was very respectful to you. That experience was poor & she should work on her customer service.

3050 Hwy 360 Location cannot consisitently cook fried foods like onion rings. They always burn and/or uncook their onion rings like they threw them in overheated grease at the last possible second before you got to the window. Burnt to a black crisp on the outside, undercooked and chewy in the middle. Why did you even bother putting them in my bag like this? Nice folks, but someone needs to retrain the cooking staff.

Will not give me half off during happy hour. I gave the slush drink back and they still charged me. Won’t give me my money back. Same thing as theft !!!
It’s like every time order from this one manager she has a rude demeanor I ordered today and I asked for a strawberry Limeade slush and all I got was a white slush with strawberries I have been ordering this drink since 2010 and she stated we never had strawberry syrup ok understandable but I damn sure know a strawberry limeade slush is supposed to be red with strawberries and lemon or lime and she honestly didn’t give me strawberries. She was trying to be funny and it’s always a constant thing with this manager Haley Haydee whoever her name is But at this point it’s tiring if she don’t like her job she might not be there because it’s always something. This is the second time I’ve had issue with this lady and she’s so condescending like I owe her something you work at sonic

I went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks a cherry lime aide, and ocean water there was something definitely wrong with the drinks (hardly or very little flavor) I asked the girl at the window for a refund instead they remade the drinks unfortunately they’re just as gross…no flavor, we threw them away. Preferred a refund. This was my first visit to this location and I won’t come back. Everyone was polite but make the drinks correctly don’t skimp on flavoring.
