Kids that work here are clueless. I ordered a simple tea bag in some hot water.It took t 30 minutes. They got the first one wrong, because they added all kinds of extra stuff to it. They lost my order and couldn't find it turns out it was sitting on the countertop. And still got the order wrong. 6 employees!

Listen, in this whole America, every corner, there is a Starbucks but when I tell you, this location has been the best Starbucks experience for me every single time I go there itās mine blowing the staff are amazing. The service is immaculate. The time of preparation is just perfect. I love this location. Every single one of them is amazing and awesome if I can give everyone a hug and a bonus for the whole year, I would definitely do it. This is my location. I live all the way in Haslet, but I would make the drive to come to this location because of how awesome the people are. Thank you for all that you do ā¤ļøā¤ļø. ~Nana

Every time I come here drink is always incorrect. Makayla handed us our mobile order I specifically asked for a black tea lemonade & received just black tea. As a former shift opening up at this store they always make drinks improper & not in the shakers as told.

I came to this starbucks in the winter of this year, specifically my birthday..my drink was amazing, but I ordered an espresso for my mom, and got a wrong order. The employees were very rude and inconsiderate. Im still mad to this day about it. Because I LOVE starbucks, ever since, I've stopped coming to this specific place.

They upper management have ruined this place. Redid three lobbies and put us outside. Spent lots of money š° why to ruin these places. Eliminated free stars games etc because of management. Spend less only drive-thru one drink no food your loss
