I came to this starbucks in the winter of this year, specifically my birthday..my drink was amazing, but I ordered an espresso for my mom, and got a wrong order. The employees were very rude and inconsiderate. Im still mad to this day about it. Because I LOVE starbucks, ever since, I've stopped coming to this specific place.

The young people behind the counter greeted me when i came in but when i went to order food it took them a min. or two to get to me as they were running around. Other than that my drink and working atmosphere was great!

They upper management have ruined this place. Redid three lobbies and put us outside. Spent lots of money 💰 why to ruin these places. Eliminated free stars games etc because of management. Spend less only drive-thru one drink no food your loss

I want to give a special THANK YOU to Addison!! My hazelnut ice coffee with cream and extra chocolate cold foam is hardly ever made correctly. No matter how much I try to simplify my order. This is why I stopped going to Starbucks as often. I decided to switch stores once again and my drink has been made correctly more often than not at this location. I used to be a barista myself and Addison made it just like I used to back then. 🫶🥰

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered an iced matcha latte with no classic syrup, but they gave me an iced chai latte instead. The drink was way too sweet, which I didn’t expect since I specifically asked for no classic syrup. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff took a long time discussing it among themselves and then simply asked if I wanted a different order instead of offering to remake what I originally requested.
I understand mistakes happen, but the way it was handled felt unorganized and inconvenient. I wish they had been quicker and more accommodating in fixing the error.
