I went last night around 8:40pm to order a coffee. I waited over ten minutes to be dispatched. At some point the teenager moping the floor decided ro help the barista so, she dropped the mop and start brewing coffee WITHOUT ANY SALUBRITY PROTOCOLs. This is disgusting. After I told her not to make my coffee and to please wash her hands before manipulating food and after being carrying the mop all over the store, she just rinse her hands. I do have a video and I am going to escalate this. If do not believe me. This store should be close until they get their personnel trained to handle food. I hope the real owner gets to read this and take action for the costumers and public health. I told the manager after requesting a refund. I bet she did not do anything about it. The girl was very rude. This cannot happen again. Do not trust me go and check the cameras.

Don’t offer promotions to where your staff don’t give a damn on how these drinks are made, taste or look. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Starbucks keeps disappointing.

Normally this location off 121 and Glade has great service but lady working at the window around 5:30pm on 7/4/24 had zero customer service. No smile which is odd for a Starbucks employee. Order a Frappuccino cinnamon dolce and brought back a completely different drink. After we pointed out the error she seemed upset and even argued it was a cinnamon dolce frap. Eventually went to have it redone and brought back the correct drink. No apologies or anything ?

Missed multiple customers order. Messed up my order. Reordered and paid for another drink just to have 3 drinks that are all wrong
Gosh if there’s another location just go to another place. First they won’t let you order at the speaker. Then they mess up your order all they don’t listen then instead of making you a new drink they try to modify it. First time ordering from here and whewwww won’t recommend this location
