Poor service! I order a coffee of my choice but they gave me different one. And when I came back the white lady name CRYSTA an order taker does not even apologize! And very rude! Bad service she needs more training about manners and good customer service.
I was standing in line for a least 5 minutes before someone would come to the register to take my drink order! No greeting, no acknowledgment of someone would come and take my order!

I give it two stars because it’s NOT Starbucks it’s the staff . I come here when I’m in the area and every time I come , I get a pike with a short of steamed oak milk on the side filled . I get an attitude from the manager and the staff when asked to have it filled up and then I’m told I have to pay extra 1.50 for it and also add an extra attitude about giving me the extra that I asked for at the beginning of my order . I go to Starbucks at Dfw and in Dallas all the time and never had this issue . Only with this staff this location ! I ready to be charged at other locations for the oat milk and they don’t charge at all .
Today on Xmas . The gentleman was nice enough to not charge me today .
I come here a lot, great customer service in the drive thru line. Super friendly, love the positive messages on the cups, just adds to my mornings. Thank You! Keep up the great work!

The workers at this Starbucks are so rude. There is a blonde haired worker that basically throws the drinks at you and doesn’t give you time to finish your order at the drive-through before they are reading off your total. 2nd time in two weeks we’ve been and had the same awful service. We will just be making the drive to Dutch bros from now on.

Drove around to the drive side window after to pick up a coffee for someone. This girl held the coffee out before I could even grab it. I had to stop so my mirror would not hit the coffee she was holding. When she moved the coffee she was holding. I pulled up all the way to the window. As I was still driving she said hi!, then bye!, in a sarcastic manner, trying to force me to grab the coffee quickly. There were no customers behind me. She knew what she was doing. There is no reason for employees to treat their customers this way, or anyone this way.

If I could give a zero star I would. This is the Starbucks that I regularly come to and now, not anymore. I am a local out running the trail and in the Texas heat. I stopped in and asked for a small cup of water. I was denied water unless I purchased something. Well, I'm out running and I have no money on me. I'm overheated and needed water. Starbucks...if this is your policy to deny your customers a cup of water, then you have big problems. I'm absolutely appalled and dumbfounded at what just happened.

Never have had an issue with this Starbucks but I guess someone wasn’t a having a good day in the establishment when I went this morning. I simply asked if the apple croissants were still available because they weren’t featured on the menu and received a rather flat and rude response from one of the baristas who was working in the background. The barista who was on the speaker forgot to turn her earpiece off when she asked, therefore, I heard her response (so to be clear, the barista I was speaking with wasn’t the one being rude). However, it was rude enough for me cancel my order and seek another Starbucks to order from. If you don’t want to work early mornings I get it, but in that line of work customer service is everything. Try working on that for next time.

They charged me twice for no reason!
They also scanned my gift card telling me my total was around 3 dollars, I payed and later looked at my transactions and they had charged get over $4 as well as my $3 gift card so they took around $8 from me for a grande sweet cream cold brew which is a little over $5… I’m very upset DO NOT GO THERE!

I usually come here 2 or 3 times a week and depending on the barista my basic on the menu drink always comes out different. It's literally a iced matcha with a foam. Would like some consistency please.
