I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks until today. Ordered a VENTI drink and got to the window and they gave me a grande. I asked nicely if they could correct that and change it before charging me and was completely ignored. She just kept holding it out for me to take even though it was not what I ordered. Super bad attitude. Never experienced that here before.

Worst service at any Starbucks that I've been to. Server places the drinks on the counter and doesn't call anyone's name. After 10 minutes of waiting (with no one in the store), I asked what's up? She said "My throat hurts so I'm not calling any names". On top of that, my drink was not all the way full and was getting cold by the time I finally went up and asked. Take the day off if you're sick.

Alright Starbucks I'm done. I ask for 2 pumps of your syurp because for some reason you think a drink needs 6. Instead of 2 pumps, you literally put so much it didn't even mix at the bottom.
Sucks to drive for 10 minutes, pay almost $8 for a coffee, then get home to see it can't be consumed.

I am a frequent Starbucks costumer and visit multiple DFW locations each week. The staff were kinda rude. I get it, you have a LONG line in the drive-thru but the customers inside should be just as important! I stood at the counter for 3min and not one barista greeted me, acknowledged my presence or even offered to help me. If I wasn’t getting it for someone else I would have took my business elsewhere. I ended up ordering online and they didn’t even call out the name when the drink was done. Very very poor customer service!
