DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION! ordered a grande pumpkin spice Frappuccino got to the drive thru window and the girl has a smirk on her face and tells me It is Going to be 18.99! almost 20 dollars for a medium sized drink and a cake pop. The whole time she was holding out the scanner and smirking we asked her if she was sure that was the right price she proceeded to smirk at us like if we didn’t have money but that is not the case!!! THE WAY SHE ALSO HESITATED TO EVEN CHECK IIF It WAS CORRECT OR NOT WAS A RED FLSG FOR ME!! So I tried to order online at the same location and it’s literally half the price of what she was trying to charge us!! I WAS INDEED GONNA TIP BUT It SEEMS LIKE SHES TIPPING HERSELF. I WILL PROCEED TO CONTACT STARBUCKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS LIKE THIS EMPLOYEE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I order a drink for here at least 3-4 times a week and they never disappoint.. I’ve tried other locations but they don’t compare to this one. My order is always on point and I really appreciate this store !

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. It's hard to get this wrong when all you are required to do is greet me and hand me my drink and sandwich, but she did. I was berated for not giving her enough time when placing my order on the app, although there was no one else in line when I arrived and when I left.

Horrible customer service - I accidentally ordered a drink to the wrong location and one of the female team members at the 211 N Euless Main St location was extremely rude. After the rudeness.. and showing her the receipt, she made me purchase a second drink and was not willing to discuss further.I called the other location that I initially ordered to and they said having my drink remade would not have been a problem as long as there is a valid receipt...Won't be going back to this location again.

I went to the drive-thru on Thursday morning and ordered a tall mocha with almond milk. They gave me someone else order. As it was near the highway I couldn't come back but later called them. They said sorry and told me to come on Friday or the same day to get a replacement. On Friday morning when I was there, they gave me a hot tall mocha but it was the worst coffee I ever had. The coffee was so cold. Probably would never go back to this place.
