I visit Starbucks very often & many of them all over the United States! This one is by far my favorite. Drink is ALWAYS right and the gals all know me and that I like a straw. Now, there is a guy who works there who KNOWS I want a straw every time but NEVER gives it to me & when I ask for one it seems like it irritates him. So strange! Love allll the other girls though & the bald guy hehe! 😉

Since this location has a new employees every yime they do our drinks wrong, today my husband went for our usual drinks, the drinks were wrong, his cold brew not has the extra shot, I wanted a green tea thinking that probably they can do de drink right, unfortunately my drink taste plain. The worst part was girl was very rude, she was upset and called my husband a liar. He told her the drinks are wrong. Anyway is the last time that we go to this location and probably we need to stop spending money over there.

Placed a mobile order for a shaken espresso, and I usually customize the milk and ice, but I didn’t see the option this time. I called the store immediately after placing my order to request lighter milk (even if it meant the drink wasn’t filled to the top). An older man answered with an attitude and rudely said, “There’s no button for that for a reason; we don’t make it like that.”

I explained that I’ve requested this at multiple locations without an issue, but he didn’t care. Instead of helping, he cut me off with a rude “Anything else?”—and then hung up before I could even respond.

When I got to the window with my dad, he didn’t even have the guts to look at us. We took the drink without saying a word, and of course—it was more than half empty. I understand modifications aren’t always guaranteed, but I’ve never received a drink this empty before. The attitude on top of it all? Completely unnecessary.

Ridiculous experience. Would love a refund or a properly made drink, but at this point, they should just close down this location based off unprofessional attitude experienced across all reviews I’ve seen here.

Stopped in to get a Medicine Ball Tea which is what I have always called it for years. The lady was very rude and refused to serve me because I called it that. Have never had that problem before. Went ahead and went to a different location.
