I am generally a matcha addict. I always preferred to get iced matcha latte from starbucks but here in this cafe I really didn’t like the taste at all. It was too much of matcha powder not blended properly. Can do better

Worst store for reward promotion. While many other stores have been nice to all their (even) new customers to accommodate with the red cup promo, I’m a regular at Starbucks and didn’t get the basic benefit of a reward member. I placed a mobile order for a Caramel Brûlée Latte (holiday drink) at 8ish in the morning, came by to pick up and asked the lady/associate worked there if I can get the red cup as well. She then told me it’s only available for in-store order, she repeated it twice. I thought maybe I missed-read it. Turned out, everyone else I know got the red cup even with their delivery order! Train your employees better or don’t participate in a promotion if you don’t want to give away stuff as advertised. I would have chose a different location with better experience to spend my money!

Had some pretty mixed experiences here.The barista, Jasmine, however, was extremely accomodating, got my orders right, and was really kind.
