Went to pick up uber eats order, they said will take few minutes, so i asked for a cup for water because really hot outside, and he said i have to use my own cup which I didn’t have or have to pay for it to use there small single cup !!!!!!!

This place should be closed down. They're knowingly ripping people off. I ordered 2 subs and paid $7.80 extra for double meat. This is what I got. I contacted subway with pictures and receipt and just got ignored. No credit back to credit card. Just took my money. Going to alert the proper authorities on Subway. You can drive a couple of miles in several directions and be at another Subway. Keep reading reviews to see how many people have been scammed by this location.

I literally couldn’t wait to come home to write this review because of how stupidly ridiculous this is. They wrapped my footlong like a burrito 🌯 and cut it in half. There’s a new girl who just started working there apparently but what really made me mad and disappointed was how after she was making my sandwich wrong the veteran there decided to wrap it up like a burrito and give it to me instead of truly showing her how to make a new one. And that veteran has helped me with my sandwiches before so I’m very disappointed in him. This isn’t acceptable at all. If I wanted a burrito I would have gone to Chipotle instead.

Went to this location to get 2 foot long cheese dippers. He made one, cut it in half and then tried to charge me for 2 because he cut it in half and it was 2 pieces. I told him that wasn't right and to forget it because I didn't want it anymore. He argued with me saying that I had to pay because he made it. I walked out and will be contacting corporate.

This restaurant is super clean and super efficient, every time I go they are kind and and quick. Mr. Udnan (sorry for misspelling) was very nice to me and helped me with my question. Love this subwa keep doing what you’re doing.

Every time i come in the manager is sitting in the corner on the phone instead of helping, and the only person working is always slow and trust me im a patient person, but this is outrageous. if i could give it 0 stars i would.

I just came through to get my son the same sandwich I always get. It’s just pepperoni and cheese no extra meat or cheese. The lady charged me for the wrong sandwich which includes double meat, 2 different kinds of meat and double cheese causing this charge to be way more than I usually pay. She also didn’t ring this up as a meal but everything separate. I brought it to her attention after reading the receipt, and the cashier argued with me. She refused to refund me the over charge and claimed that’s the exact sandwich I got. I won’t ever be coming to this location, and will be calling corporate.

Today I ordered a steak and cheese 6 inch. When I was checked out the sandwich was almost $8. I looked up online and steak and cheese was a bit under $7. They had rung up a Philly steak. When I approached the mgr to question this, he tried a few explanations, explaining the difference in ounces of meat ect... finally he said that he gives his customers the best portion unless they state otherwise.
Excuse me... you qualify the customers to see what THEY'D LIKE, you don't just upgrade their sandwich at their expense. So I told him ok, I understand what you're doing and he stated next time he'll give me a discount.

The only reason I didn't give it back for a refund is due to the fact that this Man is actually a very nice person, but I won't take My money to a place with policies i find deceptive. You need to qualify the person!
Some people won't mind being "upgraded" without consent however I'm not one of them. I've been in sales over $40 yrs, that'd be as bad as me just charging your card for what I want you to have.

Called to get a party sub. Whoever picked up the phone obviously uses English or some facsimile thereof as a second language. This store just lost my business. Not acceptable in the heart of Texas.

This subway will not honor the 6.99 deal even though it’s posted on the window. She said it was online only when it clearly says in store only. Drove down to the central location where we’ve been numerous times with no issues. I’ll never visit this location again.

This place was great, I come here multiple times and it’s always good, the food is absolutely delicious and amazing, not only that but the service is always great too! Almost every time I come here there’s a man that’s always in a good mood and honestly just brightens my day. I definitely recommend coming here.
