The staff is just chit chatting in the back of the kitchen. No one on the register or to even see a kiosk order. The FAST food came out 30 mins later without any signs of meat in a chicken quesadilla. Worst taco bell ever

Worst mexican pizza ever had…. Smells crazy and seems like oil was not changed for a week. Very bitter in taste . I had to spit out the first bite. Worst part was i drove 4 miles to this tacobell and when i called 7 times no one bothered to answer the phone. I had to drove back to the store and the manager on duty has attitude. She was talking nonsense and didnt show any professional and was very rude. She didnt had gut to apologize and instead ask me if i need refund. Higher up management at corporate level should look into this and ensure customers are getting served fresh food. Worst food i ever had. They need to train how to talk and provide good customer service.

Absolutely no one here. No one in pick-up. No one in drive thru. No one inside. Waited 10 to 15 minutes. Workers were in the back but never once acknowledged us. I had a special order and had a question.. I wanted to talk to a human not order on the machines.

Very poor costumer service an food as well got a cold quesadilla when i asked kindly to keep it a lil bit longer on the grill, asked for extra fire sauce dude said there was enough in my bag 4 sauces he denied to give me more for my order of over 30dollars first an last time stopping at this location they didnt even bother to cut my quesadilla

Terrible customer service. No greetings, no welcoming, no hi, no have a nice day. I have owned a restaurant for years and this isn’t how we do business. The guy who works at the DT 01/16/25 in the evening is hurting your business. I am not coming back though I live next door. I asked for his supervisor, classically, he responded, I am the supervisor. I tried professionally to explain to him that he is rude and he is hurting the business, his classic auto response is what did I do? I know that finding good employees in this line of business is difficult but whomever you hire, emphasize on being polite. Greet people when they show up at the at the window, pretend you like your job and pretend to smile a bit. Thank people and wish them a good day so they can have a good experience and return cause surely I am not coming back to get disrespected. Thank you for considering my recommendation.
