It is a place where, despite there being no people to eat there, the workers are chatting and not paying attention to serving customers. In addition to not wanting to receive payment in person, you have to do it through the screen, which is a shame because you are losing personal attention
Just absolutely horrible everything. Rude customer service and I live a mile away I get home after going throydrive through and food was cold smdh don't go to this location go to Harwood

Last night I stopped on my way home from a long night at work to get a quesadilla, honestly a little frustrated in the moment about my day. The cashier that took my older, boy wi the braids or dreads I cant remember was super sweet and all smiles getting my payment and everything. I thought, aw he is nice. Then the second boy, a younger guy with glasses handed me my food and told me to have a blessed night- which I needed to hear. And then I looked at their hours of operation, I was ordering 9 minutes before they closed! The one by my house closes at 2. I AM A SERVICE WORKER I WOULD NEVER DO THAT IF I KNEW!! And when I tell you im not wven kidding it was the best quesadilla ive ever ate from taco bell. Prpbably bc they had to make it super fresh since they were closing up! But their attitudes were great.

I will be telling others not to come here to this location. Our food order was sad, there was hardly anything in them, nothing but taco shell and lettuce. Called once and got hunged up on. Manager on duty was very unapologetic and was rude as hell when we returned the items pretty obvious they couldn’t care less with how they handle their food and especially towards their customers. My advice go to the wataburger next door you’ll get better service there that’s for damn sure.

Tacos and other food items purchased barely had anything in them. The manager on duty showed no empathy and never apologized when the items were returned. They only refunded the items brought back. Will definitely never return to this location and will definitely tell anyone about this location so they can avoid a horrible experience.

I will say the place was very clean which is hard to find at most fast food places. Food was ok, its been a while since I had been to a Taco Bell and dont remember it being so bland.

We haven't been here in a very long time and last week we were reminded why. Food was mediocre, staff wasn't too friendly and they missed several things in our order. Not to mention the darn prices are too high for barely one mouthful of meat on a taco. I will continue to go to Casa!

Very jolly crew at the Taco Bell tonight! I placed a mobile and it was promptly filled! The food and drinks are wonderful as always and I can’t emphasize enough how nice the workers were. A+ plus customer service! Thanks guys!
Absolutely trash service, and trash food. They skimp u on sauce, I literally paid extra for extra avacado ranch on the side for my cantina chicken bowl that has avacado ranch in it, they didn’t put any avacado ranch in the bowl and just gave me the one on the side, so they made me pay extra for the same amount of avacado ranch that comes in the meal… they didn’t give me my lux box I ordered. Only the drink. They didn’t give me any of the sauce packets I ordered.

Rarely treat myself to the Taco Bell calories…walk in 10:50pm, only ones in the restaurant…waiting almost THIRTY MINUTES!! Guess they are only worried about that drive through line. Finally got our food at 11:20pm, after asking twice for it. Gave us cinnamon twists for the delay- can I please just have the last 30 min of my life back since I have to be up at 5am? Next time I feel like waiting I’ll just go to whataburger across the parking lot. 👎

On the app, I ordered two steak quesadillas, which are a bit over-priced anyway because of the small amount of steak, but I clicked NO creamy jalapeno sauce, or whatever it is they put on there, and of course, they both had it. Nasty. We couldn't eat them after one bite, we gagged and spit it out onto a napkin. We were too far away to turn back, so we didn't eat the quesadillas, but we certainly ate about $14. The little guy at the window was very polite and pleasant. Also worth noting, the three tacos were okay. Without those, we'd not have eaten anything from the $22 order. Lesson learned.

Not sure the gentleman‘s name at drive-through today, but just had to compliment his customer service and genuinely kind demeanor!
