We waited 10 minutes to order, with 1 person in front of us the whole time. We have now been waiting 30 minutes since ordering and still don’t have our food. There is maybe 10 customers total in here and I think I’ve seen 1 person get their order the entire time we have been here. All we ordered were bean and cheese tacos, and a large chips and queso. This is absurd

What the heck out of 5 of the soft drinks in the soda machine. Pepsi. Drpepper. Diet.
Steak tacos and nachos where good. The toast da didnt have the ingredients spread to the edge.
The lobby had 75 percent the chairs o. Top the tables at 6pm. Not welcoming at all.

this gotta be a joke. ngl everytime i order from this location they skimp on my salsa or don’t give me none at all, and then there’s days when the tacos full asl and other days like today when they put not even gram of eggs in my taco. like this is borderline robbery, this restaurant has 0 consistency and i can’t even order doordash from here anymore cuz it’s NEVER right and i get no salsa even after specifically ordering extra salsa. that’s why i came through the drive thru today, asked for extra salsa at the speaker and then was still only given 2 sides for my 5 tacos?? what am i gonna do with 2 salsas?? it’s so annoying because the tacos are so good but never consistent and always come with some kind of disappointment. someone needs to train their employees on portion control and reading a ticket. and this is coming from someone that’s worked in the restaurant industry for over 7 years, i would never make a review to shame someone but it gets to a point where if your not gonna have a better reputation then a mcdonald’s then you probably should just not be open.

The drive thru takes forever. I had to finally ask them to take my order. Then I had to wait over ten minutes at the window for 3 tacos, some queso and tortillas. And when I looked in the kitchen not one person was wearing a hat or hairnet. I thought those were still mandatory working in a kitchen. Maybe I’m wrong, but it is just not run very well. Maybe it’s too young of a staff or just not enough staff…

Went to Taco Cabana to get a dozen tacos, and they marked them wrong then when i open the wrong labeled taco i see a taco with no potatoes or egg as marked on foil

Condiments bar looked nasty, and depleted. Trash on tables. Just a bad experience overall. Won't go back. Saw other customers having issues. Would add photos, but you don't want to see them.
Jaime and Megan is fantastic and I would highly recommend to get their recipe for Vegetarian Mexican Pizza as she has been making it so good since over last 3 years and all our community from India specially vegetarian parents loves it and consistently request that... Please take care of her as she is an asset to TACO CABANA .. She has even trained few people and written the recipe on how to make it... We love Taco Cabana because of Jaime and Megan... Please make sure you guys take care of them.. We have ordered the same thing for last 3 years consistently and she has made it excellent every time... Specially Megan deserves the best in your corporation... Cheers to Megan... WHILE I AM WRITING THIS, I AM ALSO GETTING OUR SAME ORDER....

I was greeted by everyone working. The person who took my order explained the different meat or toppings options for all the items i ordered. Just did a great job showed me the printed menu and everything. Steak fajita tacos were great as he mentioned! Certainly will go back to try other menu items. Asada fries also were great all in all 10/10
