I would recommend letting customers know when ordering at the drive thru, how long the expected time to wait is. That way, we can proceed if we have an extra 20 minutes to wait. The time stamp on my receipt is 0909 and it is currently 0929 and I have not received my food. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait, and figured after 15 minutes of waiting, I should come inside.
There are 4 people already waiting inside who ordered ahead of time and are still waiting as well. No one has addressed us or given us updates on time. I feel bad because they are short-staffed probably, so letting customers know of wait time when ordering would be most helpful. Thank you.

We pulled up to the drive through. Couldn't hear the guy talk, he was not helping out there. We wanted breakfast burritos platter. No breakfast after 10:30 on a weekend? We ordered some stuff along with 3 steak fajita tacos with only meat and cheese and a carne asada one with meat and cheese. Received a carne asada with tomatoes and lettuce, no cheese. Received 2 fajita tacos just meat, no cheese. And of course... the third one... was two tortillas wrapped in aluminum? Huh?

Severely understaffed. Waited over 5 minutes to place order and over 20 minutes to receive food. Then they messed up order numbers (they had two people with number 15 and two people with 32) so when they finally brought food out it was a lot of confusion of who order it was. The food was great. Also the sweet tea was behind the counter so had to wait for a refill

I did a pick order. Nothing was correct. Order a meal with beef. No beef. Order sides it was missing. And they gave us the wrong drink. Plus the staff wasnt attentive. Will not eat or order from there anymore. Bad experience

How are you gonna mess up a whole ass order. Cleary said no pico they put pico, order 2 tacos don't even add it to the bag then ask for sauce and they gave me a different kind. Ask for no sour cream and they put alot of sour cream.

I’m beyond frustrated with my experience here today. I arrived with plenty of time to grab breakfast and still make it to work after going through the drive-thru. There were only four people inside the restaurant and just two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. This shouldn’t have been an issue at all.

I ordered a 12-pack of breakfast tacos to bring to my coworkers—a kind gesture that ended up putting me in a bad mood. It took over 15 minutes to prepare my order. Another lady and I waited over 15 minutes while I could clearly see there was no overwhelming rush or crowd inside. Eventually, I had to go inside to complain because the wait was so ridiculous.

This is unacceptable. I’ve never had this issue before, so I’m assuming this must be new management. If so, they need to seriously step it up. The slow service made me late for work, and there’s no excuse for it considering how light the traffic was. Management needs to do better to ensure this doesn't happen again.

We arrived at the location around 11:28pm at the drive thru, no one answered until 11:35 pm. When they finally took our order, they told us to go to the window and when the person was going to check us out they told us that the manager had already closed. It's ridiculous because Google said they close at 12. Please update the information you have because when we arrive at the location they don't serve customers.

I placed a mobile order on 12/20/24 and it stated my order would be ready by 7:19am(did not get my order until 7:45am), which was perfect. I arrive at the restaurant to find multipe other people standing around waiting while 3-4 employees(that I could see) are working their tails off trying to box up dozens of tacos, also while trying to handle the customers coming in to order at the front counter. Shame on the manager who made the schedule knowing it was a Friday before a Christmas week and allowing their employees to endure the madness that happened this morning. On top of having to deal with the multiple orders coming through, they had to encounter angry customers that had long wait times. I do not blame those staff members for the long wait because I saw how quick they were trying to get each order out, I'm upset at their boss for allowing that to happen. Props to staff working the morning shift on 12/20/24, I hope you get a Christmas bonus!

Started going to TC in the 70's in San Antonio. Prices are reasonable on specials and food is consistant. Don't know why you can not get Carne Guisada North of Austin but I never can find it except home in SAT.

Steak fajita burrito had 30% steak, stuffed with bean dip and rice: over priced and didn’t even get the order right when I requested queso on it. The quesadillas I ordered didn’t come with pico also. Friendly staff but slow to complete an order when the restaurant was empty. Wouldn’t eat here again sadly.
