Affordable Tex Mex. Service sometimes challenging to interact but tolerable. Wished the tv could be changed to cowboy game. Told manager took remotes and was not there? If so where's you CSR strategy?
We haven't been to Taco Casa in a while. Tonight, we found ourselves standing in front of a really sweet girl ( Kelli) taking our order. Mind you, I was special ordering and she did an amazing job checking to make sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately, an individual named Ronnie decided to interject himself taking over completely. By the time he finished I wasn't even sure our order was going to be correct. This interaction was very rude and I could see Kelli was embarrassed. I told her she was doing an amazing job. If he is in some sort of management position, he needs to observe and help, not take over. As a manager in Healthcare for over 30 years, I can tell you he was way out of line. He made her feel inept and that is not okay.
