We had my daughters 21st Birthday dinner there tonight. They went above and beyond! They greeted her with roses and the food and service was amazing!

Great food and service. They also have a nice cocktail selection. I bit loud, so hard to have a conversation with a big group. Ryland was great and always made sure we had what we needed.

The food was very disappointing. A lot was dry, not well prepared and we had a large group that was disappointed. I have always loved this restaurant until after our last experience. Very underwhelmed.

Food and service for our table was fine. A guys who works there ran into a waitress and she broke a glass. He yelled at her in front of everyone. When my colleague pointed to him that it was his fault and need to apologize, he was rude to her as well. Made this whole experience bad and we are never coming back here!

I've been here twice and both times the food has been really good.(Especially the apps) Both times we were seated quickly with little wait. Both times we also spent about 45 minutes to an hour there longer than we really needed to. The wait staff is HORRIBLE! After being seated we waited at least 15 minutes to be greeted by a waitress to get drinks, then another 15 minutes to place our order, then 15 minutes for our food (never mind any timely acknowledgement for drink refills) and another 15 minutes to check out. The most frustrating part of it all was watching our waitress hanging at the bar with her feet up while we waited to be served, get refills, get our food, check out. Also, parking isn't the best. Good food, but if you are on any type of time clock, I wouldn't go to this place. Yeah, they will seat you fast but that is very misleading.

sliders were excellent, pretzel was dry however the sauces were excellent, the service was poor, basically if you don't ask for something from the bartender they won't bother you, I was at the bar over an hour and nobody asked me if I wanted another drink or food, etc...

Good atomsphere, place was busy,

Overpriced for terrible service. Both of the waiters who work our group of 25 were incompetent / unorganized and at times flat out rude. Food was burnt and took 40+ minutes to arrive and some guest never even got their food. We had to go find the waiters to get refills. The manage was made aware of all the shortcomings by them and was very polite and tried to resolve this problem. Unfortunately the problem lies with her employees who made very little effort in making our dinner experience enjoyable. Won’t be going back there for food, maybe a spot to catch a drink but beware of the food / service or lack there of.

Great vibe ! It’s, ā€œthe place to be on a Saturday night.ā€
Our seats were next the BOH. The servers and chefs were very professional and hard working. The bar top was busy, but not 100% full. There were three people behind the bar. One strictly made drinks. The other two were floaters. With the amount of the money that we spent, it was frustrating to have to find the bartender to ask for little things such as napkins and water. At the end of our stay, our bartender was no where in sight. After 15 minutes (literally, 15 minutes) my husband tracked down a server from the BOH and asked to find our bartender. Our bartender looked irritated to come check us out. It was obvious she was cut and trying to do her side work, but the heck?! We just wanted to tab out. We were chill guests the entire time. Now we felt like we, ā€œdid something wrongā€ by asking her to check out us. She immediately went to the computer to pull our check and started cussing & complaining to the bartender about is. Oh my gosh! We all get it- it’s a Saturday night, she had been working hard all night, and she is cut & ready to go HOME. But…:.. even if you have to put on an, ā€œOscar winning performance,ā€ you have to see your customers all the way through. Please, no more of making the customer feel inconvenienced. 20% tip would have been much higher. Sorry, sister.

I’ve only been to Thirsty Lion 2 times in Las Colinas and remembered it being good.
Decided to have an early dinner at the Euless location which was my first visit to Euless.
What honestly rubbed me the wrong way is the male bartender was NOT friendly! He did not smile, was not welcoming and honestly acted like he didn’t want to be there or assist me. I was not checked on at all during my meal.
The price isn’t cheap, so when the service is unfriendly, it makes me not want to go back…too many other options in the area!

Half our table liked their food, other half was disappointed. I got the "signature dish" Poke Bowl. It was a giant salad is a spoonful of tuna on top. I was embarrassed for them.
