Placed order on app for "future time" - an hour ahead. Set for curbside pickup. Arrived 4min early, checked in. 10min later I walked inside...waited 20 more minutes. Was not the only app user with that issue. To be fair, there was a packed double drive-thru and probably a dozen or more people coming in & out that had also used the app. This is the first time I've had to wait this long.

Ordered online and did pick up, got home and the order was wrong. Drove back up to get the corrected order, guess what, it was also wrong. What has happened to customer service? Might as well rename this place to Whatever We Give You! Lesson learned, at least Sonic gets the order right.

This is by far the worst whataburger in the HEB area. Save yourself a headache or a stomachache and drive to either the one near the NE mall or the one off glade rd.

What a burger is great. The only suggestion I have is to have a way to scan your online order for done-in option.

This place went down hill, my original rating two years ago was 4 starts.. . Food was terrible. Place smell very bad, fries was cold, service terrible. Wataburger corporate, you need to inspect this placed.

We normally go drive-thru on this one. They are pretty attentive. I guess this particular day they had someone training who could not figure out the food right, we ended up having to park and wait for our food but they were very prompt in bringing it to us after that. Overall we usually have great service at this Whataburger.

Stuffed all the hash browns in one bag ...didn't let the customer know because we are just a number to them The mood Candice displayed very unacceptable with her attitude to back it up makes one want to coach her through the drive thru on what this attitude can lead to on the wrong person My order was cold food experience was bad I will re consider this whataburger location on future purchases
