We went to Whataburger in Euless Texas and the food was hot when we got it. We also paid 2.00$ and that was a donation for the flood victims. We thought that was nice we got a Whataburger cup we got to choose which one we wanted.

It was my first time visiting a Whataburger in the area. The customer service was great at the ordering station and window. The employee was kind and peppy. However, my food was the worst I’ve had from a Whataburger in years. The burger tasted kind of funny and the fries were dark and possibly old. I went at night btw.

Waste of time and waste of money. Ordered online go speed up the process but still wanted 10 mins. Watched two customers walk in to have order corrected when thy said they originally went through the drive thru. Couldn’t even finish BOB sandwich because it was nasty and felt undercooked. What a joke. Waste of time and waste of money. Very disappointed!
