I visit this store quite frequently. The food is always great and the service is quick. Lately I’ve noticed how the management speaks to their employees. I’ve witnessed amberlee being rude and just plain nasty to the employees under her. I can’t believe Whataburger is allowing this to happen, as management should be building their up versus tearing them down. It creates a negative environment in the store, something neither the employees nor customers wish to be apart of.

A drink spilled on me, and both employees serving the food saw it happen, and rather than asking if we needed napkins or towels, acted like they didn't see it. It was a sprite, which I should add was rather unpleasant, considering it soaked my leg.

This place has sucked since at least 2019. I heard the manager tell people who were waiting on food (which was cold) for 35 minutes that they were absolutely wrong and that there's no way it took 35 minutes tonight. It absolutely was.
They were sat waiting for their food before I even walked in, and my single patty melt took around 15 minutes.
I have spent as much time in the drive-thru waiting on the simplest of orders (I know how long it takes to make many of these items). Something is very wrong at this location, lmao.
Avoid this location most days. 4/5 times, it isn't worth waiting for. You can buy the sauces at the store, you can get a burger anywhere else, but the waste of time spent waiting for food between whatever is happening in this building is basically self-harm.

Absolute slowest whataburger over ever been to. I spent FORTY minutes in the drive through.
Waited 41 minutes this morning for a taquito combo meal. Ridiculous!!! Staff only serving the drive thru. I will never visit this location again!

The service was awful. I ordered and payed for a large meal, but they gave me a medium. I thought that's fine let me notify them so they can fix it. The female cashier that made my order said they couldn't change it because I didn't have my receipt. The cashier didn't give me a receipt! A white male worker backed her up and said there's nothing they can do about it. Nothing they can do about a large meal that I payed for and didn't receive! Never coming to this location again. They're unprofessional and the male workers attitude was beyond trashy!

the girl who took my cousins order didn’t give him a receipt and they didn’t give him his fries then said that if he didn’t have a receipt they couldn’t do anything about it but his bank statement showed that the paid for the whole meal. such rude people and there were roaches in the bathroom
