Staff is always friendly. No complaints on the quality of the food. However, there is ALWAYS a long wait (~10 - 15+ minutes) whether dining in or picking up. There's always a long line in the drive thru.

Service was quick inside! Two waiting lanes at Drive thru which helps shortened the drive thru line plus service was fairly quick. Someone comes out to the 2nd lane to take payment and hand you your food. Very convenient.

Wow. Pacheco deserves a raise. Unless hes already a manager. He takes initiative, takes care of his people, there was a big line and he moved quick. I havent ever seen that kind of service at a whataburger ever. Definitely coming back to this location.
