I purchased $30 worth of food in which 10 of my wings were to be all flat lemon pepper ($1 extra paid). The general manager ( David) was present in the kitchen when I returned the wings because they were not all flats. He was already mad about a free fry I told them about that I didn’t get with my last order and a young man took my name down when I called to tell them about it and he said all I would have to do is let them know my name and number at the counter. When the young lady at the counter took my food back he had the nastiest attitude about it. How are you being the example of the company and your employees with a rude attitude???

Ordered 20 wings and all of the drumsticks came out incredibly tough and dry. In addition, not enough rub was applied for all of the dry rub flavors so they tasted incredibly bland as well. Quite possibly some of the worst wings I've ever had, which is a shame because I've had great experiences at other wingstops before.

The chicken sandwiches I ordered were so overcooked (not burnt but cooked twice) it was like chewing rubber, the bottom buns were all half soggy (not from sauces but grease). I have gotten sandwiches from this location before and they were excellent. I have no idea why their quality has gone down so much, if I had eaten in store I would have immediately had them remake it or refund me. It was that bad, I will now have to think twice before going back to this location.

Worst customer service I could’ve had honestly cashiers are giggling on the phone and not taking order after making you wait for 20 min and in person they just ignore you and tell you the wrong prices so you have the get on the app on do the math ur self so ur not over charged

I have been to this location multiple times, the weekday morning/afternoon shift normally is on point but the night shift does not hold that same standard. Yesterday I ordered a bulker combo & they had a credit on my account for messing up my meal 2 nights prior so I got my cajun corn as well. While the food was hot, the flavor was LACKING EXTREMELY. I ordered lemon pepper, why is there only a dab on each wing?! Tasted more like a plain wing with a SMALL hit of seasoning. The corn was overcooked & lacked seasoning. Night shift needs some pointers from the morning people

Tried twice to call and order for pickup over phone. Can't get through via phone. They keep you on hold forever. Tried once to order online, but they force you to pay online if over $20. I prefer to pay at pickup. I went elsewhere.
I waited over 30 minutes for them to get my order wrong and then they were rude about it expected me to wait even longer to get a refund I just had to leave don't even think I got my refund

This was the worst experience ever! I will never comeback to this location. The food was wrong and when I asked for a refund the manager refused give me one. I then attempted to asked for a corporate number he pointed at the wall and tried to give me a number for franchising a store. The manager “made” a poor attempt at helping me and needs more training on how to use their POS systems.

This restaurant now presents its new skinny chicken wings, if you order 6 they only give you 5, how special!! If you order a chicken sandwich, the picture show some pickles but guess what, it comes with no pickles. What an offer ? And how not mention the new specialty!! burnt french fries
