Absolutely delicious food. Cassy is so very sweet and takes such pride in making sure her food is cooked perfectly. Will absolutely be back. Eustace is lucky to have such a great place to stop and eat at.

Chef Cassy's Kitchen is a great little place to get your grub on. The food is awesome, with catfish that is so good, fried crawfish tails that are hard to find elsewhere, and chicken wings that are juicy with many flavors. Brisket Mac n cheese and Mac and Cheese are praised as the best ever. Fried collard greens with hot sauce, fried Brussels sprouts, and loaded potatoes are delicious side dishes. Appetizers like brisket queso and chips, gumbo w fried okra, and gumbo w okra and shrimp are crowd favorites. Desserts such as chocolate beignets, peach cobbler, and pecan pie are to die for. Service is great and the atmosphere is laid back, old country‑style friendly, and packed without anyone being antsy. Chef Cassy's Kitchen is a place to go for amazing food and a hometown feel.
