Hernandez Méxican Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and great service. The menu includes options like the #16 2 cheese enchiladas, #26 carne asada, Texas burrito, and street tacos, all of which were described as homemade and tasty. The queso, salsa, rice, and beans were cooked perfectly, with a hint of spice that satisfied the taste buds. The staff was attentive and polite, making the overall experience enjoyable. While some items were considered a bit pricey, the quality of the food and service earned the restaurant a solid 5-star rating. If you find yourself in Eustace, this small town Tex Mex restaurant is worth a visit for a satisfying meal.
