I purchased sandwiches through the app for the used to store. It said it was gonna take 30 minutes waited. after 30 minutes, I got there and they didn’t even start making my sandwiches yet there was someone left there by himself and he didn’t even speak to me until the two people in front of me were finished, leaving my order almost an hour without being made. I wanted a refund but because I purchased in the app they weren’t able to give me one when I got home. Every single one of my sandwiches were wrong. I still would like a refund or to talk to a manager since no one answers the phone at the store.

Terrible service. Only one person working and almost 10 people in line. No ice. Soft drinks were flat. Chips no selection - almost out.

My Sub Club foot long wheat bread was dry & hard, was not toasted.other stores bread is fresh not here, old bread. Will not be back, go to Maybank from now on.

The crew in Eustace, TX made three very fresh and well assembled party trays for us along with a cookie tray. The outstanding customer service was eager to please we highly enjoyed everything. Highly recommend this Subway.

My husband and I live in gun barrel, we drive to eustace to subway… eustace is so much better, they always have what we want… Sandra, the manager, is awesome…. Very friendly…I think she deserves a raise….Keep up the good work Sandra!!

So this evening my girlfriend and I both placed separate mobile orders. I ordered the sweet onion steak teriyaki on cheese bread. Right after I placed my order. They called me to tell me they were out of chicken, after checking my order again, I ordered the steak so I'm not sure why they called me. My girlfriend ordered a turkey sandwich and as we were walking out the door they called her to tell her they were out of turkey. When we arrived at the store to pick up our orders an hour and a half before they closed, I noticed that the entire assembly line or the majority of the assembly line had already been broken down and almost everything was put away. So I wonder if they were actually out of turkey, or if they just didn't want to get everything out to make the sandwich. One of the largest or one of the largest sandwich shops around, in a town of less than 1,000 people, should never run out of ingredients. Pretty sad. This is one of the many reasons I rarely come here.

We had a woman employee named Brenda making sandwiches for my wife and kids and did a Awsome job, polite and courteous. But then the manager came in and started making my sandwich, did a terrible job, rude and disrespectful. I vote that manager be fired and that Brenda run the show if subway is interested in respect and profits...

Great service! The employees are really quick and hardly ever mess up. I go to that store often and the employees remember my order and make it every time I come in and I don't have to say ANYTHING. Although there isn't much as far as seating. There is a couple tables and two booths. So don't go there and expect a good seating and dining experience. Other than that the place is excellent and I strongly recommended this place if you live near the Eustace area. But there is no drive through, so you'll need to download the app and order on the app or go inside and order

Overall a decent place, a lot of the staff that work there were kids from my school, I used to go every summer during band camp and get food. My only issue is that they are extremely understaffed which can lead to long wait times.

I went in there because there was only 1 person in front of me and waited 20 minutes and they were still making the order so I just left hadent eaten all day I will take my buisness somewhere else.
