The Ribs were absolutely amazing they were very tasty and on point, very tender but the Brisket was dry so dry I couldn't eat it all... But I will come back just for the Ribs.. they were excellent.
My husband and I tried Hickory Stick for the first time today. The staff is friendly and has great customer service. The price is reasonable for what you get. We shared a 3 meat plate-the ribs were my favorite:fall off the bone but the meat still held together. The schooner of beer was ice cold and the best price anywhere. We will be back!
When it comes to getting a good central Texas style brisket, this is 1 of 2 places you can go in DFW. Great BBQ all around!
