Buddy and I were visiting El Paso and were told to try this place. The vibe is awesome, nice place on a working ranch. The restaurant had a museum feel to it as well which I loved. It was busy, so service was a bit slow, but the staff was great. As for the food, the steak was amazing. Probably the best steak I’ve had in Texas so far. The sides were great too, the beans were my favorite side because it tasted like a classic chili. Overall I highly recommend this place.
The wait time was approximately 15 mins. Once we were seated, the waitress was quick to take our drink and food orders. Our orders arrived in no time. The steak was prepared to my liking. The rice, beans, coleslaw, and bread were freshly prepared. Cattleman's Steakhouse has remained my favorite steakhouse in Texas, nationwide, and throughout my world travels.

Cattleman's has to be experienced at least once. The grounds of the restaurant are wonderful with lots of animals to see. There have been lots of movies filmed on the location. The history inside the restaurant is amazing. The staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly. I've had the biggest steak of my life here, and it was amazing! Everything was perfect, from the drinks to the sides and appetizers. You will not get a fresher steak anywhere!
