This checkers is in a gas stop and this place is big, clean and the bathrooms are also clean. The best part of all, not a huge crowd to fight through. My new pit stop between Houston and Dallas.

Something about Checkers hits the spot! The burgers here are delicious, the veggies on the burger are fresh and crisp, and of course they have amazing fries. On top of that we had superior service from Jennifer. She was very helpful and super sweet helping our daughter. Thanks!

I used to actually enjoy my stop here at checkers on my way south but lately the service and quality of food have been so poor I have no choice but to take my loyalty elsewhere. Times are too hard for me to justify spending money on such a horrible experience at a fast food restaurant. Better off going next door to the gas stations.

Jennifer and her team were fantastic, above and beyond. Everything was getting cleaned up and ready for shutdown and after a long roadtrip in the rain I stopped. I really don't like stopping at a place 30 mins before closing because I know the burden it places on the team. They were real friendly, welcoming, and took great care of us.

I’m from Chicago so when I saw checkers I immediately pulled over and wasn’t disappointed so all!!! Hot and fresh just as I remembered it. Planning to drive back again (it’s almost 1 hour and a half away from me).

My god this is gross. The driest most over cooked burger patty I’ve ever had. And the chili for the hot dogs was horrendous. Don’t recommend

Horribly rude and terrible service there were only three other customers when I came in who all had their food already. I waited for about 5 minutes at the front before somebody said they would help me with a to-go order then I waited another 5 minutes just to place my order... Again there was nobody in here. When the lady took my order she act like she didn't want to and had just the worst attitude. I wouldn't waste my money here

Excellent service. The best fries and food in general. Very nice and friendly staff. I wish they were closer to Dallas area! Will make the 1 and a half hour trip to come back and eat here.
My wife and I stopped by on our wa through Fairfield. Erica did a great job taking care of us. Fresh fries and extra napkins lol. Great service.. super clean.. very nice.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I walked up to the counter and stood there for at least 3 mins while the Mgr sat at her desk looked at me several times and didn't acknowledge me. I had to ask if I could place my order. Once they did my food was not hott. The fries were like they cooked it in old grease. I threw the food away. I will NEVER come back

I will never stop there again. We had two double burger combos and a small burger. The burger meat tasted strange and buns were cold. We stopped around 3 pm. None of us could eat more than half the disgusting burgers. So most of the meal was thrown away. Even the French fries were not tasty. This was our last meal of the day. All three of us spent the night running to the restroom. Spending approximately $30. to not be able to eat the food and end up sick is upsetting. Again my first and last time to eat there.
