Came in for a bite to eat, the food comes out NOT they way we ordered (cashiers wearing ear buds) then we go to correct this issue and it's a whole social circle either as to who's responsible or who's going to remake the burger. We were charged 1.07 for ranch that wasn't even halfway full. The staff stood around talking for the longest befor re-making my wife's burger VERY DISAPPOINTING to see yet another chain restaurant falls victim to the poor service and food list. As it clearly shows in the picture NO JACK CHEESE!!!!! YOUR EVNING MANAGER IS HORRIBLE!

Ordered a burger and fish sandwich from this place I was the only one in line it took 25 minutes to receive my order everyone was on their phone except the cook I walked out and threw my order in the trash poor service diffently won't be going back there BAD SERVICE won't even step foot in this establishment will take my business down the road

We walked in and the cook had his back turned to us. I watched him put on gloves and took a tray out of the microwave add wings to it. He NEVER OPENED HIS MOUTH to acknowledge me or that he'd be with me shortly..... He just kept playing with the wings in the sauce. I went to the restroom and returned, thinking the older black lady (I assumed manager) would assist, but she didn't either neither did she acknowledge me. She just kept on with her conversation like I wasn't standing there.....I didn't order anything and NEVER WILL STOP THERE when I'm on the road. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHECKERS!!!!

Absolute trash. Not necessarily all checkers just this one. Just terrible avoid. I think most people in Fairfield agree. This place survived from traffic on the interstate that doesn’t know better.

Ordered my food then went to restroom while my wife waited i came back 15 minutes later stood around for 10 more minutes while cashier starred at me when I ask what happened to me food he said they were just about to START making it.... I say again START.... some 20 minutes after I ordered they had just STARTED preparing it so honestly as much as I love checkers the rest of the experience didn't matter be ause that had soured the whole experience.. Btw bring back the apple pie milkshakes man they were awesome

Since my time they have disappeared from my town. Going to Houston from Dallas I SAW ONE! CHECKERS HAS BEEN ON MY RADAR FOR YEARS! On my last run I was able to stop and get dinner for us at checkers. I wasn't disappointed.
Got there at 7:48 and was rudely told to leave cuz they closed at 8... like I'm sorry it's not 8

Drove to location from out of town just to walk up to the register and the manager had an attitude and said they close at 8 and it was only 7:30pm what kinda business are you running and your not following your hours and whomever the lady is needs to be coached on home to approach the customers and not with an attitude
